The location is great, it is near multiple beaches. The host and housekeeper are super nice! The place itself was very clean and spacious! I felt very safe because there is a locked gate surrounding the entire property. We loved staying here!

CHairs by the pool are quite broken and it is tricky to find a place.

We had a lot of ants on the last night, but someone told me it can happen anywhere in Costa Rica.

Good location, short drive to beaches and grocery store just next door. Remote operated gate, small parking inside. Spacy, good kitchen.

The place was infested with red ants and flying ants. There were several dead ants on the bed when we checked in. The lister was responsive and sent maid in with insecticide and to change our bedding. This made a big difference. Also, the coach was very worn and I do n’t think it is in any condition to be used in a rental. FonLly, for a short term rental, it would be helpful to have some amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, next to grocery store and close to the beach. We had a car so everything was convenient. We loved the security of the gate which closed off the area to a private oasis with the garden & pool. The lister also provided us with beach chairs per our request.

Great accommodations and pool but house is located adjacent to a main roadway with speed bumps right outside the fence which meant every vehicle and motor cycle stopped, then noisily accelerated. Also lots of noisy dump trucks going by all day. In addition deliveries for the grocery store next door started at 6 am with the beeping from trucks backing up. Located within a reasonable walking distance to marina, flamingo and Portrero.

The guest house is located on the main street which is noisy from 7am in the morning until 5pm. Many construction sites all around, trucks, buses and motorcycles make the swimming pool area less enjoyable during the day.

The bed was very confortable and at night the place was quiet. We slept like babies. The location was good, easy to discover many beaches around. The grocery store is right next door, which is very convenient. There is a path in the forest that connects the guest house to Flamingo Beach and Parrot Bay. Walking there we saw a deer!

The floor was quite dirty when we arrived, and there is hardly any water pressure in the shower and hardly any warm water.

Spacious home, had the essential kitchen equipment and the pool was nice! Felt very safe.

There were bedbugs in the apartment, there was also some kind of animal living between the ceiling and the roof, we could hear it running back and forth occasionally. The host was nice, but not around very much. We were told there was TV, the host said someone took the remote, I found it several days later. My spouse likes TV.

We liked the space and the privacy.
