Hello, we apologize for what happened, we are sorry that you did not feel comfortable, however, even though you say that there were cockroaches in the bed and that everything was dirty, we never received a request from you to change sheets or clean the room or nothing and you stayed two days, so you slept in a supposedly dirty room and on a sheet with supposed cockroaches? What happened was that you didn't like something and your tool is to discredit the hotel to want to get a discount or refund of your money, but when you don't get it, this is your response, regarding your impressions of the people first of all around it. The hotel is a main street, all kinds of people pass by, however it is safe. In addition to that, we have security personnel who are alert all the time in case something were to happen, and with respect to the other guests of the hotel, there are people who go from party and they dress to party, they are not necessarily prostitutes, although that was your perception, I assure you that there were no prostitutes in the hotel, perhaps your perceptions play tricks on you and everything seems murky, it happens to us sometimes, however. When the mind is clean the perceptions are clean.

the street is a little noisy we try yo minimize the noise. apologizes for that. the breakfast is a typicall breakfast , rice. beans, bread, ripe plantain and scramble eggs, You Say that sucks but we dont understand if you eat it and You didnt leave nothing on the plate the two days that You Stay here , we ask for honesty, and not malicious comments, it may not have been to your liking, but that does not mean that breakfast stinks. another person will read your comment and think something that is far from reality ..
