They have recently remodeled and expanded the poolside bar as well as the parking area and sidewalks in front of the hotel. Both look great.

Wifi in the room was a little spotty at times. Bar closes during the afternoon, would like if it stayed open a little longer.

Hotel is very nice. Room was very clean. Nice dining area by the pools. Good central location on a quiet side street next to the river, very short walk to the beach. Super comfortable bed, hot shower. Good value for the price. No real complaints.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed two times and had wonderful breakfast, the pool is awesome, the rooms are spacious, clean and all you need is provided. Will always stay there again.

They provide a complimentary breakfast. The food was delicious, but the portion are so small, you will need three of them to fill you up. The bar prices are very high, if you want the people in the pool to buy drinks you have to incentivize them by offering happy hour which most other establishment seems to do

Good Spacious rooms but beds were sagging a little. Bathrooms are a little dated they need to be updated. Two pools, both were good. The place is in a very convenient location. Short walk to beach and the mail street without the noise from either

Room 11- like a private cottage, poolside. Amazing pool. No noise from street. They give you beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler bag!. Front desk extremely can do, helpful, will research on their computer to help Great price.

Wonderful welcome from friendly staff. The hotel is a little piece of heaven in Jacó. Super clean, large bright room. Luis was a hit at breakfast and for drinks. The pool and grounds are immaculate. Easy walking distance to the beach and well located to shops and supermarkets restaurants.

It's not very soundproof, birds and traffic at sunrise. Foam ear plugs worked for me. Needs a little love.

The location was awesome. Everything is available within 3min walking in every direction. The staff were extremely helpful.

No soundproofing, you hear everything. Birds, cars. Just bring foam earplugs, worked for me.

Very limited but extremely delicious breakfasts( 3 choices) plus juice and coffee. All the staff are fantastic and so helpful. Best drink prices around. Fish tacos, outstanding 👌 LUIS will keep your drinks a coming.

Too much chemical in the pool. Would be absolutely perfect if it was salt water :) I love to swim and the chlorine was too much to enjoy for long.

The noise above our bedroom from the people upstairs in the middle of the night . No sound proofing isolation at all so I recommend the room second floor !!

I really didn’t have anything negative to say about the hotel during this trip.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the center of town, on a fairly quiet side street not far from the beach. The pool and dining areas are very nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was large with a nice shower, and always had hot water. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t have any complaints, honestly. I guess if breakfast was included in the stay that would be nice as that was offered at all our other stays.

In downtown but doesn’t feel like it. Private and peaceful. Beautiful sparkling pools, cute dining area. Lots of sunshine over the pools. Comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Short walk to the beach. Pool towels and beach bag provided. Two complementary drinks with dinner. Good breakfast. We loved Hotel IBIZA!
