Nice view of the volcano. There’s a kitchen available to use and of course the swimming pool. Rooms clean and beds comfy.

A bit noisy at times. Public kitchen area was useful, but, dishes, pans, cutlery etc... cleaned by guests and left to airdry in draining board. I misunderstood the pics when I rented rooms and thought our rooms had kitchenettes. Did not realize it was shared area. The dishsoap and sponge was disgusting. Had to buy our own.

Location was fine, but next time I would stay closer to town. Pool was great for the kids.

I liked the shared terrace overlooking the vulcano, from our apartment we could not see it. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is close to La Fortuna.

It was all very good. Good supermarket right next door.

Very clean nicely kept hotel. Room a little small. Lost power but not for very long. Whole town out. Excellent the manager spoke English for me but for Spanish speakers a little difficult I would imagine. Very nice pool and nice kitchen with microwave, stove and coffee maker. Could have used some forks and spoons and coffee mugs. Nice eating area and excellent location. We did not try the Indian restaurant but next time. Room very very clean with fridge. Nice little hotel. We would definitely stay again.

The location was good with a big Super Mercado right next door, many good restaurants very close to the hotel. There is an excellent Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Our thanks to the wonderful manager, Harry, for his kindness & consideration during our stay. His attention to our comfort was deeply appreciated.

No coffee maker, we found fake nails in the bathroom so more detailed cleaning is needed.

Nice pool and plants, the overall outdoor area was quite nice. The rooms were good for a short stay.

Room is spacious, impecable, fully equiped with fridge, tv, Chromecast, wifi, bed lamps and furniture. Comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and has many seatings and also two hamocks around to chill and relax. My family was able to fully relax there.

One room had no toilet seat. The water pipe under the sink broke in another room and flooded the room. One bed was missing the top sheet.

Grounds and landscaping were lovely. Location was convenient.

Ants, horrendous noise from drunk men shouting till ,3 am. Room is in car park , Louvre windows give no soundproofing. Staff from Indian restaurant manage place but go home at night. It's mainly for Costa Rican people and they book place out , lots of yelling and loud music.. Ridiculous price for no sleep. Had to keep curtains pulled as clear views in to room from car park on three sides, so dark inside. Kitchen has little stuff. The drunks make it frightening , older men and it would be dangerous to go outdoors to try and speak to them , even the Indian staff in morning agree. I had to move .Very expensive for this place despite ok pool.

Air con good, bed comfy, water in shower hot. Pool and garden nice and look good in photos but only 2 sunbeds and no umbrella ( 5* !!) reviews are deceptive and 5* is a joke. Much nicer places for less money. . Wi-fi good. Photos show my room surround outside.

Advertised as 5 star. Definitely not. No desk in the room. TV had no audio. No Breakfast option. No bar

The check in process was odd. I waited 20 minutes for someone to meet me in the office. This was after I had to message them through the Booking.com site. I was not sure who was helping me or where they were coming from.

This was a convenient location for our vacation and activities that we had planned.

The pool is freezing cold, and the staff are never available, they’re all working in their restaurant in front of the hotel and are not paying attention to clients needs. We had bugs all over the bed and could t even find any staff to help us. They completely ignored me standing in the restaurant with my toddler in her Pj when I needed their attention. I gave up after 1 hour of trying to get their attention.
