Clean and great location awesome price

Sliding door lock was broken

Cute little cottage with full kitchen, plenty of dining space and sitting areas, roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Close to town and beaches. Very safe and secure.

It’s was clean, safe and easy to communicate with the owner. They were helpful and attentive. The bakery is also excellent. Got to see sloth up close one morning from the porch and multiple iguanas as well.

Loved it all.

Easy to find, excellent location and within walking distance to water and town (5 minutes). The casita had everything needed for a long or short stay. It was immaculately clean, 2 king size beds, one room with television, both rooms with A/C, fan in the living room, kitchen equipped with all needed items to cook and eat, tastefully decorated. Wi-fi and front door parking with secured gated parking. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Quick and easy messaging with host. I would stay there again my next visit and recommend to others.

The secured gate was really hard for me to get into. You have to push the key all the way in with some muscle behind it. Low water pressure in the shower, definitely needs to be looked at.

It fit our lifestyle

It was booked for ONE night in the middle of our stay, would have stayed longer.

The location was perfect, right above the bakery. The beach is basically right across the street too. The place was beautiful, clean, and stocked well.

The air conditioning was less than ideal. The two wall units, one upstairs and one in the bedroom, make cooling the whole unit to the same temperature impossible. But...definitely better than not having A/C at all!

Really nice and clean little house. Equiped with everything you need and location can’t be better

Noisy neighbors (really noisy until really late the night) but that is not , of course related to the property.

It's on the main road and it's very noicy. Woke us several times. There are many windows which cannot be covered and you get light very early.

Beautiful house

the location was great. close to the center, stores supermarket and beaches.

the aparment was decent, aquiped clean and in a good location, but lower your expectations. I get that the owned had good intention to make it a nice place, and the pictures are aqurate but it made the apartment look better then it was. when we arrived, there was a bad smell that didnt go away, the A/c and the tv didnt work. the owner was nice, and did it best to address our discomfort but with a little success. for the price he asked i suppose it was a good deal, but we didnt feel comfortable there.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location to town and beach. The host was super helpful, especially when I managed to lock myself out and my family were still asleep, they came out to help immediately. The apartment is over a lovely bakery which we enjoyed when we went. Very clean, great air con, facilities were fantastic. Host had excellent recommendations, so make sure to ask.

It was a bit noisy with traffic and wildlife - but hardly complaining as it was the monkeys that made most of the noise. It felt great to be so connected with nature.

We loved the closeness to town and the bakery, as well as the discount at the bakery. It was a very cozy spot and the bedrooms were great and very comfortable.

I like the location. It is on top of the bakery, which is very convenient to have breakfast in the morning plus the owners gives a 15% off of the breakfast. Moreover, the beach is at a walking distance from the place. Inside is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

The word karawala not everyone knows it for direction.maybe if they add the word karawala to bakery it would be much easier to find the place.Other than that the place is fantastic.

It was a bit confusing at the beginning but once we made contact with the host everything went very smoothly . The staff on location when we arrived didn't have any English and unfortunately we had limited Spanish but one of the girls went to the trouble of contacting a colleague by phone who had perfect English but we had reached the host at this point so all was good.

The confusion at the beginning and after travelling for a bit patience is a bit low all you want to do is crash

This house was awesome. Clean, everything in working order, cute, great location, secure, and comfortable. 💯 We would stay here again. We loved the vibe of the beach town, it was perfect for our family. We ate at the bakery 3 times!

Nothing to change!

The accommodations were excellent. Tom patiently answered any questions I had. I also highly recommend the bakery downstairs. My family and I enjoyed the savory pastries and coffee.

The house was very comfortable and the balcony was great. The host responded to everything we asked for. We would definitely recommended it.

It was great the location as restaurants, shops and bars were surrounding the property.

The apartment was on a second floor and made a bit difficult to be with our pets.
