Nearby beach, spacious and clean room, typical breakfast and available pool, free beach lounger and umbrella at the beach.

No hangers in the bathroom, location hard to reach without car need to walk uncomfortable street. Food is mediocre but very pricey. All other food options are minimum 15 min by walking. Pool need renovation.

Breakfast was good. This hotel is great and we are very glad we stayed there. Staff was very friendly. Staying so close to the beach was awesome.

The restaurant was way too expensive. We only ate their once and we would have eaten there every night had the prices been lower.

The location was amazing. It was just a short walk downhill to the Manuel Antonio Park. We were close by to a lot of restaurants. They were just a short drive away and during the off-season, there was plenty of parking. We opted to use an Uber though we wouldn’t have to deal with the windy road at night. We stayed in the rooms on the lower half which means we were just a short walk to the beach also. It was lovely being so close to the beach. I loved to open the room’s door and just hear the ocean. The beach was lovely and there were tons of capuchin monkeys playing around sunset every day. All of the staff was wonderful and so helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We arrived on Friday and left on Monday. All these days we did not need to leave the hotel, we had everything we wanted and more. On Friday evening there was a performance of live music and singing, it was a very pleasant surprise, we had so much fun, we danced, everything was beyond expectations. The hotel's beach is very well organized, there are umbrellas, chairs, drink and food service on the beach, everything you want and need on vacation. There is a pool. The nature is great, hooded monkeys visit the complex several times a day, we did not need to go to the national park, we got everything in the hotel complex, we had a fun vacation, and we will return to this perfect hotel soon. All the employees are very nice and speak English. The breakfasts are varied, and there is a choice of options

For us the vacation was perfect, We loved every moment, we will definitely go back there.

Great beach front hotel with restaurant/bar. Food was good. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly and helped set up tours of the park. Animal sightings at the hotel included agouti, white-faced monkeys and sloths.

Walking to the Room on top of the hill, LOL!

    The bed is very comfortable.

We didn't have hot water, however, they did repair it at the end of our stay. I remembered reading that there was a TV in our room but there wasn't.

The part of this hotel that was on the beach side of the road has a good location next to Mauel Antonio beach. The restaurant and pool were next to the beach in gardens. Staff laid out chairs or loungers on the sand under the palm trees and were very helpful. We stayed in the new bedrooms on the hill the otherside of the road (lots of steps up - no porters around). They had a nice view of the tree tops out to sea. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was okay.

The restaurant was expensive compared to some great alternatives nearby (restaurants in Manuel Antonio are plentiful and excellent) and quality did not match up to the price. Breakfast - adequate but nothing special. There were some weird carpet underlay (yes really!) coasters on tables for dinner. They looked soggy with condensation from the glasses and very unhygenic. New build rooms had poor build quality. Patio door did not close properly. No charging points, or plug for hair dryer, cheap inadequate blinds, light switches bizarely placed in the wardrobe! A couple of the lights didn't work. Building work was going on nearby to build more new rooms which was noisy. Welcome reception scruffy, no security at night. Our children's rooms were next to the road. Avoid these, the road is VERY noisy. There is no sound isulation in these rooms at all. This hotel is confused about what it is offering. Location could make it stunning but low quality details, relatively high price for the beach side rooms and indifferent management detract.

Lovely hotel with direct beach access. The room was great and the restaurant beautifully situated right on the beach. The gardens/landscaping were gorgeous.

comfortable room with big balcony - good easy parking in secure space, but you need a code to get in and out. Pool area/restaurant was nice.

there was no sea view - its blocked by the trees. You only ever meet staff at the check in and then they are MIA. The shower was COLD. The body wash wasn't enough or good, generally very budget for what you pay.

Excellent villas with beach view and free beach access. Excellent location, free parking, complimentary breakfast and access to the beach. It was especially convenient to walk to Manuel Antonio park as parking is a hassle around the area. Staff was courteous and even helped us get our luggage to and from the villa. The villas are quite a climb up the hill via steep steps and there is no elevator.

General overview, amazing! Location, installation, common areas, room space, view, service quality.

My room, number 7, had an amazing view, exclusive. However it was a challenge to walk up all those stairs with a Toddler and baggages. Restaurant prices were high ($24 usd for a regular burger with fries)
