Out of the control of L'Avventura, but they are doing some construction next door so there was a fair bit of noise, which really only felt intrusive when I was lounging at the pool. Not something they have control over and temporary, so really nothing to complain about but just be aware.

This place was fantastic. I loved the aesthetic, I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. The bed was extremely comfy, the shower had perfect water pressure and temp, the kitchenette had everything I needed for a five night stay. The pool is literally steps outside of the villa and was so refreshing for a nice dip. You are just a short walk from lots of shops and cafes, but tucked away enough that it's nice and quiet. I loved it so much, I ended up extending my stay.

The property was clean, beautiful and unique. We were greeted by the owners (Dino and Maria) and had a great conversation about life in Costa Rica and places to visit while in Tamarindo. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting this part of Costa Rica !

The property is both beautiful and comfortable. The owners were so warm and friendly and we immediately felt like they were long time friends. The room was comfortable and has a well thought-out layout. The location is just a short walk to the town with all of its restaurants and shops, yet far enough away not to be bothered by the night clubs noise. It is a bit of a climb back up, but doable. We definitely recommend L'Avventura.

I really liked the location it is perfect a two minute walk from the town and neatly tucked away so that you are not right in the town to hear the noise and music. It's a very cute and neat, and the design is modern unlike other places in the area - and the owners were wonderful.

The whole experience at the hotel was incredible. The owner was amazing and made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. He was always available to ensure we had everything we needed. i could not fault the experience, made our honeymoon rememberable

The lock to get into the property was a nuisance. If you accidently put the wrong code then it won't work and we had to call Michelle to come open the door.

The owners were away the week we stayed but Michelle who was helping out did a great job.

Both hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us tips on activities and markets and it was nice to chat spontaneously by the pool from time to time and learn something about them and Costa Rica. Even when I fell ill, they advised me where I could get medical treatment. The hotel is also fantastic. Limited supplies for cooking ect. Ran out of water a few times. The maid service only does the bed amd changes towels. No cleanup of the shower or kitchen is included.

It is a nice property but not rhe place to stay for 2 weeks.

We loved everything!

The property is completely new and really stylish! Our room was spacious and had great amenities such as a proper place to hang your clothes, a fully equipped kitchen and of course a coffee machine with supply of delicious Italian coffee. The pool area was great and very relaxing. We also enjoyed the proximity to town and beach - we did not need to take the car a single time. In addition Dino and Maria, the owners, we so hospitable and made us really feel at home! They helped us with some nice restaurant recommendations during our stay in Tamarindo.

Hotel is on a hill so if you're walking is a semi steep walk in the heat. Very dark at night, did not walk alone.

There are only curtains to cover all the windows and they don’t block out the light or provide enough privacy. The addition of roll down blinds would really help. Also, right now there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel which can make it a bit noisy during the day.

Bathroom had mold in the shower and poor water pressure. An outside light near the passcode lock of the main gate would have been helpful at night as it was very dark. Lack of daily housekeeping, very poor/scratchy soap, no shampoo or conditioner, lack of black out blinds and above cleanliness issues made this stay score low on the value for money in our opinion.

Walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Pool was clean and refreshing. Bed was comfortable and good strong AC.
