The 3 men hanging around the front door and loudly talking till 10:00. Could hear them in our room on the 2nd floor. Also, our room faced the street and the traffic noise was awful! I had to use earplugs and they only were minimally effective. Lasted till midnight. Be sure to book an inside room!

Breakfast was standard continental with the option of grilling ham and cheese on bread. Front desk was really helpful in answering our questions and directing us. Great location for walking to restaurants

Swimming pool was closed for duration of our stay. A real shame as a refreshing swim would have been most welcome, after 2 days of travelling.

A great location to explore Alelujia, which had lots to see and do. We didn't bother going into Central San Jose, as planned, given all that the local area offered. Room was comfortable with lovely seating area outside, and staff were attentive and helpful. We arrived after an early flight and were able to leave luggage and get changed before going out to explore. Good advice about places to eat and what to see. Cathedral was beautiful and National Culture Museum was excellent, with free entry and performers entertaining visitors. Amazing coffee shop just one street away. Felf perfectly safe walking the neighbourhood in daytime. Airport transfer was a bonus.

We had a suite that was at the front of the building. Very noisy with people talking and motorcycles.

Very cute little hotel and the staff was really nice. It was very clean and the price was a very reasonable price.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel location was not noisy as it was located in the city central. Prices were very reasonable for quality.

Staff were very pleasant, especially Josè, his wife and daughter. I could tell that they honestly cared about their hotel and their guests satisgaction.

Was very noisy with street traffic. Was woken up all night long every time a loud vehicle or motorcycle went by. Hotel advertised free parking and free airport shuttle but parking was not on-site and they only provided one or the other (airport shuttle or parking) but not both.

It is situated on a busy, noisy road. If this bothers you, then take earplugs.

Very close to the airport and with a free shuttle. It was an ideal location to rest our travel-weary bodies after a long journey. The hotel were super-responsive and dealt easily with a delayed flight that meant our check-in took place after midnight.

For one of the rooms there were homeless people below the balcony, when we would come out they would beg for money and food repeatedly. The parking was around the block on a different street, so you have to walk around the block to get back to the hotel or to your car.

The hotel was a lot nicer than expected for the price and close to lots of restaurants, the family room was nicely set up, spacious and clean!

The cosy patio was really appreciated. The kindness of the staff. The possibility to store our luggage before our flight to visit freely the city.

A little more space in rooms would be nice. There were some loud street noises in one of the rooms we had. The breakfast was okay, but a little more would be nice.

The location was convenient to the airport and had many things in walking distance. The rooms were a little tight but clean and usable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I wish there was a full-length mirror in the room (there was only one in the bathroom).

The staff was very friendly, location is amazing (within walking distance to some great restaurants), the shuttle service was on time and they even allowed me to stay and work at the lobby while I was waiting for my shuttle, internet worked great. The breakfast was a great addition. All in all - amazing value.

I stayed twice in past 2 weeks. There were people experiencing homelessness just around the bend on one of two nights. As a single female traveling this made me not desire to venture away from the hotel at night.

Shuttle to and from airport is easy to coordinate. Breakfast was available early allowing for travel. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

The ditch along the street that’s a trip hazard when getting out of the car. Two stitches weren’t bad, but i felt bad wasting the family’s time waiting on me to be treated at the hospital, when they’d planned to go shopping.
