We were during the May, low season not too many people, and one day they forgot to open for breakfast, but after we reminded them that we are still here, they prepared it for us.

Magnificent view from the room, great location, close to the restaurants, National Park and supermarket. Complimentary breakfast is good. Stuff is very friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi is great, there is a bar right there to get a drink. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

We didn't stay for the 3rd night we booked. After 2 nights not sleeping well due to other guests partying and being loud we decided to move on to another hotel. Our trip was probably badly planned with spring break and we were unfortunately surrounded by groups. There was an internal door to another room that we could also hear everything through.

The room was a good size and in an ideal location for La Fortuna and surrounding places can walk into town and to shops easy. View of Arenal volcano was lovely. Staff were really friendly and there was plenty of parking. We didn't end up having breakfast as was out super early on both days but another guest we chatted to said it was nice. Wifi was good. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The rooms felt a bit dated or old furniture and the beds are very old and squeaky. WiFi has issues as well and the smart tv didn’t work so it was just basic cable only.

The view from the pool area was great. There is multiple small pools but didn’t use them. They had heated pools/spa which was nice.

The hotel was a little north of town which was great because it wasn’t busy. An easy walk into the smaller town or drive to La Fortuna (about 2.5 miles). The staff was so friendly and answered all of our many questions. They also arranged our tours and excursions from the hotel. The breakfast included was simple but fresh and delicious. The arenal volcano is literally right in front of the property and a beautiful backdrop for pictures.

Location was very conveniente: 5 mins from downtown Fortuna. We did not rent a car, and taxis charged US less than 5 USD to downtown. There is a souvenir's store next to the hotel, and we loved it. Breakfast was delicious and th staff took good care of us.

The only area for immediate improvement would be the access to the swimming pool. Should be direct access without having to go through the restaurant. Also a little Las Vegas looking when you drive in bc there is a massive souvenir store w many bright lights. Takes away from the cozy villas it hides in the back

We liked the proximity to town and also to the highway to see all the attractions. Last and not least loved the amazing view of Arenal!

We didn’t end up using the pool. Mostly due to weather.

Breakfast was very nice and the grounds were well kept. The restaurant and pool area was attached to a very large souvenir shop, which has a good and bad side. Location was close enough to everything but removed enough to be quite.

The weather unfortunately was little rainy and they advertise a jacuzzi and did not have it on or very low, when i consulted a member of the staff i was informed that not all guest like it on, but what about the ones that do? I thought it was a quick don't ask anymore response.

The breakfast and view was amazing. The Hotel is very well situated near the town and all the main attractions. The souvenir shop a bit expensive, but has a wide variety.
