Loved this location, the staff so helpful. Room Quaint and clean, volcano amazing when it appears. Pool bar and restaurant easy and convenient. Secluded but can get easily to town. The tours were great too did 4 ! Oh and the staff at the spa magic hands!

Location was great! Staff (Alexandra at the front desk) were fantastic. Pool w pool bar was great for late afternoon happy hour and snack. The ROOM was perfect with jacuzzi tub on the balcony. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pool was great and very relaxing, the kids had a great time and we were able to unwind. The location is great, the view of the volcano is incredible and also good access to wherever you want to go. We didn’t hire a car, so used Uber and was very cheap to get around. Kids already asking me when we’re coming back! We did the hike on the property and was lots of fun.

We loved everything.

Stunning landscaping and lush gardens at the foot of Arenal. Each morning we ate an absolutely abundant and delicious breakfast with Arenal watching over us. Being so close to Arenal it was like standing next to an ancient ancestor- we felt at peace in this space. The mini fridge allowed us to bring our own drinks so we could rest in the evening on our covered rear porch even in the rain, chat and dream up the next part of the adventure. Comfortable beds, high quality linens, excellent food and drinks for fair prices. Whole property on filtered water. Yoga classes and spa treatments in the rainforest made it magical. The yoga teacher was skilled and the couples massage was outstanding. The spa folks worked quietly, used essential oils and hot towels and consistently applied the medium pressure I requested. Excellent distinctive rainforest setting for both yoga and spa. This was a lucky find!

The shower was big but with very basic showerhead. Restaurant was a bit expensive so we got dinner outside of the hotel.

Amazing hotel with really nice pool connected to a bar offering drinks while swimming. It is not well known but revealed to be a very good resort. The room was comfortable with great view to the Arenal volcano. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Came to celebrate our Honeymoon and had amazing stay.

Well designed layout, the cabins are spaced apart, but nothing is too far away from reception, the pool and the restaurants. Beautiful mix of local trees and plants, very natural feel. The restaurant and bar didn’t disappoint, very nice included breakfast.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, positioned at the bottom of the volcano. When the clouds clear the views are incredible. Close to all the shops and restaurants in town and all the activities you could want around the National Park.

The only downside for me was that the bathroom was so nice and big but with virtually no usable counter space except for the sink. So if you want to store toiletries for example you cant. There is a useless plant in the bathroom which they can easily do without and have shelving or something instead of.

The place was beautiful, with a perfect view of the volcano, very nice breakfast, and the staff were so so helpful. They helped us book taxis, book excursions, and even spray my room when i felt there were too many ants. The room was clean but since it is in the rainforest, some insects were expected.

Rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. There were 2 pools and a jacuzzi with cover which meant that we could relax by the pool even when raining. The staff were all amazing! My friend left his wallet in the room and they quickly messaged us to let us know and kindly posted it to our next destination. The restaurant staff were also super friendly and attentive and the food was delicious which was important given that the hotel is slightly out of the main town. We had an incredible stay and would definitely go back again!

The spa. Massages for relaxation was too fast and she did not adapt to my request to slow it down. Also, the “ water “ they poured on you was cold making me shiver with cold. Nothing was done to help remediate. Breakfast is great but their breads/ croissants area could improve

We went through the walk in the hotel backgrounds. Saw quite a bit and enjoyed it. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, the view of Arenal volcano from the resort was beautiful. The yoga room was beautiful and well maintained.

Water pressure for the shower was a little low. Could be increased a bit. Also it’s a bit far from the downtown area which in general is nice from a calm/nature standpoint but means that you need to rely more on taxis or driving when you need to get around.

Very modern rooms with great air conditioning, very large modern bathroom, comfortable beds, lots of nature around, very nice volcanoes views (weather dependent), and good restaurants onsite.

Just an FYI that the bungalows are in relatively close proximity (our balcony + jacuzzi looked directly into the entrances to two other bungalows).

We enjoyed our private bungalow with jacuzzi, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. Great location with amazing volcano views.

This hotel, with your own private cabin, provided views of the volcano from the porch of our room, from the pools, the swim up bar, and while eating great food at the 2 restaurants. The staff were professional and very friendly. We really loved the small boutique resort feel. Definitely would come back.
