The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. Marcella and Sandro make sure you have what you need. Room was super clean. The pool area was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The town had a water issue during the time we stayed there, but the hosts were quick at communicating and providing us with additional very short walk to waterfalls, restaurants, and small shops. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re coming to Uvita this is the place to stay in! The villas are new, thoughtfully decorated and equiped, easy to locate and close to restaurants/mercados. The pool is clean and well mantained. Although there are more villas on the property you have a sense of privacy. Marcie is super responsive and helpful! We loved staying here so much we changed our travel plans to come back for a few more days!

Super friendly & responsive staff/owners. Very nice complex with about 5 beautiful bungalows (at least ours was). Restaurants in walking distance, yet very private.

It would be great to offer an on-site breakfast package or shared kitchen. But I am just nitpicking here. You will love it anyway!

Very nice & cozy accommodation. Recently renovated, beautiful swimming pool, well designed "cabinas". Comfortable and brand new beds. Great service and sweet and helpful staff. Location is good, if you need to be close to the Awake center or the area around Cafe Vivo. If you need to go to the beach each day, you will be a bit too far unless you have a car.

Leaving!

Madre Terra is the perfect place to just 'be'. The rooms are so comfortable and the vibe so chilled that you won't want to leave. Relax in the pool, say 'hello' to the dogs, grab some food from the nearby restaurants or just lounge around on the sunbeds, it's all there. Marci and Sandro are so friendly, helpful and just add to the already relaxed atmosphere. Also the attention to detail and thought put into the rooms didnt go unnoticed. Staying with them is exactly what we needed.

This is a small 4 unit property in Uvita, centrally located and test quiet and serene. The owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people who get satisfaction from making your stay perfect and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I loved the casita, the pool, the location and the serenity of the space. I spent almost two weeks there and will definitely go back. Restaurants, cafes and waterfalls are close by. The beaches are about 10 minutes away.

The only thing that bothered me was the nearby road. But hey, this is Costa Rica and there is always going to be some noise either from the roads or the dogs :-D so I am not really complaining !

Well looked after, so clean, tidy and modern. The rooms have really great air conditioning, the pool is wonderful to cool off. There is a communal shaded area to sit and relax outside of your own unit. The host is very friendly. I chose to have breakfast there which was fresh and healthy. Great start to the day. Very safe and secure. Close to great cafes, bars and restaurants. You need to rent a bike if you would like to get to the beach.

Tiny bit of noise from surrounding area but this stopped before we were trying to sleep and wasn’t anywhere near how it’s been in most places in costa rica!

Great stay. Loved that the windows and doors are fully screened so we could leave them open all night and avoid having to use the AC. Bed was comfy and shower was good too. Location is also vg, just a minute from town. Wifi also works very well. Howler monkeys woke us up in the morning which never gets old.

The property is real beautiful, well maintained, very clean, away from the main highway so it make it a very quiet place. Located in a very safe area with locked gates. Demitrio is a wonderful host. Will most definitely recommend it
