Really nice and clean! The staff, especially the morning shift staff: awesome!!!

The room for 4 was a bit small but for one night it was okay.

Staff: Gentleman that served our morning breakfast AND Lady that served bar drinks/food were very friendly, professional, beyond accommodating and spoke great English!

Rooms could use a sitting area AND are in need of hooks for towels, clothes, etc in bathroom and in room/near closet area.

Overall a pleasant stay at Hotel Naoz. The staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth, rooms were decent, and the location was convenient.

Cleaninless was poor in the room and dining room It feels like a cheap hotel for 230 dlls Poor breakfast options

If you have a room on the ground floor; there is a lot of humidity but there is a solution to limit this humidity: leave the air conditioner on all day, the fan and also the air purifier.

The location was excellent between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Clean, safe and quiet. Lovely and friendly staff.

Our second stay and will always be our place to stay in Manuel Antonio. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Great little restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast every morning. Bring your fresh catch of the day after fishing, and it can be cooked for a delicious dinner right at your hotel!

The pool, pool area and staff were lovely

Our room was on a lower floor, had I known I would have preferred the higher or at least ground level floor. The lower level had a damp smell

The hotel is beautiful and compact, the staff outgoing and friendly, the food excellent and available on demand from 7 am till 9 or so at night. Our room was enormous and comfortable, bathroom perfect and complete with a huge tub and shower, and a bidet. We booked numerous activities with the help of the concierges and enjoyed walking to local shops and restaurants, especially liked the Indian restaurant Namaste and the "B17 Bomber" tavern/resto just a few blocks from the hotel (actually not a bomber but you get the idea, there's the actual old aircraft there built into the structure, with a fab view of the Bay)

My only complaint is that the bar area played loud music all day long that dominated the soundscape, and must have pleased some clients, but we found it distracting from the otherwise lovely warm ambience of the poolside and commons areas.

Clean rooms, lovely breakfast, great pool and beautiful hotel.

Fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough but everything else was great. Bit expensive for what it is but overall a nice stay.

This was my second visit to Hotel Naoz. I came back because I knew it would meet my needs and the staff would be friendly and welcoming. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is small and off the main drag. Therefore it is quiet and relaxed. It has a small pool area which didn't get overcrowded. There is an acceptable bar and restaurant. The rooms have comfortable beds. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Best of all, the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. I had a great week.

Some very minor repairs needed to sink plug and wall hairdryer.

The property is very beautiful and everything is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Fish tacos are an absolute must have at the restaurant.
