Very clean, nice host, good location near to the best beaches of Costa Rica.

Our shower caught fire while showering. Since this was caused by electricity, it was quite scary. On the other hand, the electric circuits in Costa Rica in general have different standards. And we got a new room immediately.

Everything was clean and host were wonderful.

Would have like an AC as it’s gets pretty hot in the daytime.

Simple, clean, wonderful hosts Daniel and Gabi. They gave us terrific recommendations for places to eat and visit.

It happened to be very hot, a/c would have really helped.

The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Such a gorgeous area as well with stunning beaches. Gaby and Dani were so kind and attentive during our stay. Thank you so much ☺️

My wife and I have stayed at Nasu Lodge for just over a month. In short, it was fantastic! The owners of the place, Gabi & Dani are very welcoming, open hearted and generous. They listened patiently to every single one of my numerous questions about the country, people, and life in Cost Rica. Also, when I needed to find a doctor, they made many phone calls for me to find a specialist. We have spent many hours exchanging our life experiences. Nasu Lodge has wonderful natural surroundings, many birds come to visit every day and can be observed while you relax in the hammocks. The owners are friends of nature and very knowledgeable about wildlife, nature, and even the ancient history of the region. The community kitchen is wonderful for bringing people together and it invites guests to share their adventures of the day. We came mainly for wind- & kitesurfing. For us the location was ideal to reach any of the nearby beaches by car. Gabi & Dani helped us to find breathtaking places to visit in Nature: Pozas, Waterfalls, legendary Witch’s Rock for classic surfing.

Really friendly hosts, very clean with nice grounds and even though the area is pretty hot we had no issues at night as the temperature was perfect. Also the hosts recommended an outstanding restaurant that was fairly close and had the most delicious food even for a local like myself. Big shout out to Nassu Lodge and El fogón de Doña Juana, hugely recommend!

Our short stay as we only were there for a night.

The Nasu Lodge run by the very friendly Gabby and Dani have made the lodge both very cosy and welcoming with hammocks in the yard, an outdoors kitchen and at times magical, made by their addition of shining night lights along the path and in the garden. When we arrived they welcomed us together with a free-living parrot that hangs around their place making us feel at home right away. We had some ideas of what we wanted to see in the area and Gabbi and Dani both gave us suggestions as to what might be most interesting, but also many tips about what to see that aren´t in the guide books, such as visiting some very interesting and old petroglyphs (rock carvings) and some of the local beach areas. Both Ulla and I had a wonderful (too short) stay at Nasu Lodge and give it our highest recommendations.

Perfect location which is close to all the nice beaches. The owners are really welcoming and provided a lot of information about beaches, bars, restaurants and things which can be done.

Gabi and Dani are the best hosts that I ever had! Really nice people, they gave us great tips of were to go and enjoy the amazing beaches. Ps: try the breakfast, it was delicious. Also, we mentioned that we are vegetarian and they make something special for us 😁 Ps2: lots of monkeys around 🐵

The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was beautiful and the room was cozy and clean. We opted to add breakfast to our stay and we were glad we did, it was delicious! Gaby and Dani were so kind and helpful. We definitely want to visit again.
