There was no hot water or pressure to the shower. The water would not come out.

It was available and close to the airport I needed a place immediately because my flight was canceled till the next day.

The toilet stopped working and wouldn’t flush. Nothing was done to combat this issue by the staff which was not great. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain so the water ends up going everywhere and there’s no mop or anything to wipe the floor with. The room itself doesn’t have much amenities besides the TV and air conditioning unit

It’s close to the airport which was perfect as I landed late in Costa Rica. The host was superb in terms of communication. She was very helpful. The room itself is pretty standard, comfortable bed.

There was no hot water in the bathroom so had to take a cold shower which was not great :( There’s no amenities provided in the room such as mini fridge, tea/coffee station or kettle etc but there seemed to be a communal kitchen area with a microwave.

Comfortable bed and decently sized room. The room had an air conditioning unit plus a portable fan that you could move around the room. The airport shuttle service was great and efficient. The host was very accommodating to pick up time with a good sized car for luggage.

Well, it did not star so well, transport was complicated, get the room assigned was not clean, they changed my room and the other had nothing to hang stuff or a rack to put a surface to put my other than the floor.

The room did not have a window a part from a small one in the bathroom which ment it was very hot (even with the fan).

It's was very useful having a free shuttle and the communication with the owner was clear and response were very quick. The location is also ideal from the airport

I really liked that they provided a one way shuttle, that there were eating places within walking distance, and that room was good with a great shower. I only needed it for one night, but it was a very convenient and comfortable.

The room took a long time to cool off ( fans, windows). It might have been easier if the windows were already open when we arrived.

Great location for airport proximity, and they connected us with rides to/ from airport. Walkable restaurants. Clear instructions on getting inside.

The handle of the window was a bit loose, and it seemed like it was about to fall off.

It had all the necessities I craved and it was clean. It was relatively close to the airport and the instructions for arrival were clear. An amazing variety for entertainment as well!

The area was a bit noisy, with a dog barking next door through the evening. The room was very warm, but the oscillating fan helped.

The proximity to the airport and dining was great. Our host was very helpful in securing us a cab to the airport very very early in the morning, and that was greatly appreciated.

Shuttle is only one way. Had to walk to airport as no Uber would take such a small fare Small room and no useable window. It cooled down at night.

Room faced a road that was a bit busy and there was a septic small in the bathroom. White noise and keeping the bathroom door closed at all times helped.

Great location for the airport. Free airport shuttle. Good Italian restaurant a 15 min walk away and a Cafe that opens at 5am just down the street.

The apartment was very close to the airport so I was able to walk to it. It's right next door to 2 bigger chain hotels, restaurants and a Walmart.
