Nice Hotel, the pool very good and great staff!!!

Villa missed some kitchen stuff like more knifes, a scissor, laundry soap and kitchen towels.

Nice pool area. Very nice staff. The rooms are super small for the price you’re paying.

The key card system didn’t work for the first day I was there. So I had to ask for assistance every time. Which is annoying.

Dinner was lacking, when I brought the fact that my ribs were burnt to the waitress she did nothing to dolve the problem.

So far from the beach the price is not the best for this place, the room was clean and cozy, They put me in $200 for 2 rooms because something happen in the check out, I paid extra $ 50 dollars for the minors, the property is ok, I received my rooms after 25 mints check in was too slow

Everything was great, Property was awesome. Hotel manger Alexandria was a exceptional host, would book hotel again for sure.

Great pool area outside and the rooms were nice.

The staff for the dining area weren’t very attentive. They were never present in the dining area outside so when you were ready to order or wanting to pay, you had to wait ages to get their attention or go find them. Often they were just on their phones or chatting inside instead of paying attention to the customers outside. Was very frustrating. I think at least one staff should always be present outside.

They charge a deposit of $250 without any notice in here

It's the best place to stay in jaco the food & staff are brilliant & the rooms are top notch 👌 free parking outside & a 1 min drive to the centre & 24h security & the breakfast is the best 👌 the pool in lovely

This is the best hotel in town and close to everything. Comparisons are meaningless because there is nothing better or even comparable.

Every room has a balcony and from the balcony you can literally see into everyone's rooms. If you want privacy keep the shades down (so like don't expect to wake up to a sunrise).
