Pets are allowed without an additional fee, we really appreciated it.

Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was was sufficient to meet all of our needs and made everyone eggs to order. Relatively close to the Ocotal beach, but walk back up hill may challenge some. It was a safe and secure place to start our Costa Rican Journey. We really enjoyed the Buzz Monkey restaurant a short drive away. Great BBQ and fun atmosphere.

Great staff and well run. Pool was an excellent way to cool off. Breakfast was a great start to the day! Family felt very safe and secure during our stay.

Clean and comfortable

Great location and very quiet. We loved the pool! Beautiful up close wildlife watching experience. Walkable to the beach.

Overall it was a great place to stay for the night. The room was a bit cozy for a couple and could have been a little cleaner.

It's a very clean and well taken care of bed and breakfast. The decor is very nice and boho. The rooms are super clean however a bit on the smaller side. There were quite a few hot options for breakfast but I think incorporating something like a fruit smoothie would have been a nice addition

The place is close to the road so you can hear the cars going by. Grounds are well taken care of with a nice little pool area

Next day to our arrival, there was a big storm, lots of rain and out of precaution the staff moved us to a different room, the breakfast was all we needed and the location was perfect

The only thing that I missed was the checkout time. I had stayed until 12:00 so I had to pay a $10 fee. But I must have missed it.

This is a cute little hotel with a lovely pool and a 10-minute walk to a quiet black sand beach. Rooms are very clean, and there are nice common areas . Breakfast is good and the staff are kind and helpful.

Very clean and modern rooms, close distance to the beach and relaxing dining room area.

We could not open blinds because our room was facing the trash bin.

This is a hidden gem of a place and the pictures/online presence do not do it justice. Very friendly staff, robust breakfast, quiet and interesting space once you're inside/on property...a little mini-oasis, and just a quick drive or walk down to the beach. I would stay here again coming or going from the Liberia airport in a heartbeat.

After talking to staff, apparently my expectations were unreasonable. It’s a small ( 8 room B&B). They cater to folks who want B$B and do activities during the day. The bedroom was small, spotless and had A/C. We paid extra for a late checkout as the bedroom is the only place for A/C. But that was only for an extra hour. We had to wait an extra 90 min before our checkin and ride to our next accommodation and we’re stuck outside in 37 degrees. Couldn’t access A/C (only in bedrooms) and they didn’t have a water cooler. It is Very close to the beach and staff were good

Web site needs clear information If one room( were we stored our luggage?) had AC that would have been helpful Suggestions for management water cooler and ice available for guests would have made a difference. I eventually got some after complaining. I rarely use A/C and never complain. But the heat this week was unusual and I felt physically ill.

Very clean and cute place within walking distance of a beautiful beach and very short drive to Coco. Excellent breakfast, and the staff is amazing. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful stay and hope to be back!

I was concerned because I had booked the rooms for the group and the price was so good. It was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were small but very clean. The hotel was a short walk to the beach. It was about a 1/2 hour from Liberia airport so it was a good way to still have a bit of a day when we arrived in C.R. There was a decent restaurant on the beach with a good samba band. Breakfast was good. We were happy with the choice.

This property is gated - they give you a remote control for the gate when you check in. Our breakfast was cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms.

Of all the places we stayed, this was not the best value for money, but for the area it met our needs.
