Great location, friendly hostess, available parking in front of the property

It didn’t have hot water and the bed was not very comfortable.

Very friendly host - I couldn't speak any spanish but we communicated well using google translate! Good location - only about a ten minute walk from the sea and 5 minute walk to the restaurants. Comfortable room. Great outside space with hammocks to relax in after a tiring day exploring the beautiful area!

Nice room with AC. Good location near the departure of the excursions. Nice breakfast from 5am. The owner gave us the advice to drive to the end of the beach trail instead of hiking, which was a nice tip with the kids. Great value!

The exact location is not clear in maps. It is just next to the ferreteria.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The accommodation is spotless clean, with a spacious room and the cleanest bathroom I had in Costa Rica. It has a beautiful terrace which is lovely to relax and chill. The kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and it includes pinto, coffee and fruit. The owner was very kind and helpful the whole time Highly recommended if you go to Corcovado and great value for money!

It was a very nice place and comfortable sleeping. It wasn't far from where the boats leave for Corcovado national Park. The lady in charge was very helpful in making some reservations for trips.

Norma was a lovely host, super helpful and nice to chat to, shared her home with me and showed me some of the local area, and helped me book a tour to La Sirena. Breakfast was traditional and tasty. Quiet location just beyond the village.

The house is located in a very peacefull environment few minutes walking from everything. There are only 3 rooms available so the place is always quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped and extremely clean as the rest of the house. The terrace outside is perfect to relax after a tiring day and to have dinner. You can chose your breakfast between a couple of options, the traditional one with gallo pinto is fullfilling and delicious! We had a beautiful time here and i highly recommend this place. The owner was super nice! Our room and the kitchen were exceptionally clean. The hammocks were also very comfortably and the terrace is also very nice.

A little steep descent of 30 meters to get to the house.

The wi fi was subject to conditions in the whole area. So no blame is put on Osa House, rather to the regional server, who can not control the weather which affects service. Service was usually restored within a short time. Alex was very helpful in contacting tour guides for me for day trips and arranging reservations for the launch between Sierpe and Drake Bay for which I am grateful. Pura Vida!

Nothing really. The rain was an inconvenience but rain is a part of the region at this time of year, so my general feeling and the memories will remain favourable.

We loved our 2-night stay at Osa House! The aircon worked well (!), the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the balcony was a wonderful space for just relaxing in the hammocks and enjoying the sounds of nature. Our host gave us some great recommendations for eating out, which turned out to be spot-on, and helped us to organise transport between Drake Bay and Puerto Jiminez (which is no mean feat!). There is a slightly batty pet grackle (bird), an affectionate cat and a couple of really friendly dogs around too, and I especially enjoyed listening to the many birdsongs early morning and at sunset.

The driveway down to the accommodation is really quite steep, it's a loose surface and you need to be careful going up and down.

It had everything we needed for a short stay: kitchen with pots, pans and utensils, a shared bathroom with shower and a fan in the room. Norma and her family were very nice people

The path from the road to the street was a bit steep and a bit rocky so it was tricky, but I understand they are doing some renovations or construction and that’s why there are some rocks . The shower was cold but it is like that everywhere in this more “isolated” area.

It had everything you need for a short stay, shared bathroom with shower, kitchen with utensils and fridge and a stove. Norma is friendly and accommodating, she taught me how to cook plantain to make patacones.

The shower was cold but that’s a standard in this remote area. And the location was a tiny bit far from the center but that also allowed for less traffic noice.

Very nice owners, well equipped kitchen, overall nicer than the pictures look and great value for money.

The customer attention of the owner was superb. It is a true home with all that you expect in it to have for your most enjoyable comfort Mrs. Norma is a treasury fountain of good advice and kind information. The place is very quite and just 5/7 minutes walk from Drake village centre. I am glad I had the Good fortune to have found this property. Highly recommended.
