Location is perfecft - safe environment, easy walk to restaurants, the kitchen had everything you could need, enough towels and daily cleaning; the concierge was always available and Mariela, our host, did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible! We would love to come back!

There was a slightly musty smell in the master bedroom from the adjoining bathroom

This is luxury with top-notch service at the most beautiful beach ever—white sand, turquoise water, and the most amazing sunsets! The Palms is directly on Playa Flamingo on the quieter end of the beach away from Margaritaville and the dirt road. The concierge team was wonderful! Deyana and Gabriela assisted me (at no charge) with planning our vow renewal ceremony on the beach. They were so responsive, helpful and friendly. They arranged the florist (Floristeria Cristal) and officiant (Teri Carlisle) and both were great. The result was the most romantic and lovely ceremony—better than I could have dreamed of. The infinity pool was clean and warm but refreshing, and the grounds meticulously maintained. There is a small pool bar but we didn’t take advantage of it since our villa was just steps from the pool and beach. Boogie boards, paddle boards and other beach gear provided at no charge conveniently by the beach. There is also beachside massage on site which we also didn’t take advantage of. The surf is gentle enough for swimming yet perfect for boogie boarding. Coco Loco, a quick walk down the beach, has the best tenderloin cooked on a hot lava rock at your table (you can order as part of the surf and turf or without the lobster, avoid eating there when heavy rain due to sewer smell). Villa 5 is gorgeous with vaulted bamboo ceilings on the upper floor, large bedrooms, elegant marble main bath with jucuzzi tub, and comfortable, neutral living room and dining furniture. All kitchen appliances were high end and functioned well. Clothes washer and dryer are apartment sized and dryer took several cycles to dry a load. Villa was stocked with everything we needed. The view from the main bedroom is stunning and I cried when I walked into the room the first time. The second bedroom with queen bed was perfect for my children and my daughter liked the extra loft bed. The Palms is really perfection in paradise and we cannot wait to return!

Absolutely gorgeous accommodations and location! They have the best sunsets every single night. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional! Their beach area is quiet, and even a little secluded from the other end of the beach. The infinity pool is cool and refreshing despite the high temperatures during the day. The landscaping and grounds are kept impeccably beautiful. The security guards are always aware and present even though it’s a very safe area, they are wonderful and professional! The front desk staff was welcoming and generous enough to keep our luggage when we arrived early and give us a place to change and clean towels to enjoy the pool and beach while our unit was finishing up cleaning. Every single detail was taken care of and we would LOVE to return to the Palms!!! True relaxation in paradise!
