Lovely hotel and great location as down the road from lovely little beach. Locals use and friendly.

The food in the restaurant was ok but expensive.

The room was huge and beautiful, and staff were attentive and lovely. Swimming pool was gorgeous and the restaurant was really excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Short (7 minute) walk to a really beautiful beach, with lovely warm water and great range of bars and restaurants. Beautiful sunset too. We enjoyed seeing scarlet macaws in surrounding trees; a real treat!

Shower wasn't very warm mid morning: had been really hot after other times, but didn't seem to heat water consistently. A minor gripe from an awesome stay. Would definitely recommend this lovely little hotel.

Spacious clean comfortable room. Nice on site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Short drive to beach but more a transit stop for is on our way from south to north…so just wanted convenience and comfort for a reasonable price.

Very pleasant place but don’t be fooled to think it’s on the beach..

I loved the facilities the pool with the swim up bar is incredible. Breakfast was incredibly beautiful and the service by all we encountered was outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to work properly even at the lowest temperature we were still hot at night so maybe that just needs to be checked. Water in the shower wasn’t hot and we would have preferred a window view onto the pool. However these things can be easily fixed and didn’t disrupt our stay too much.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rachel that worked at the swim up bar and Peppers was so sweet and helpful. We arrived later in the evening after the front desk had closed but they made sure we were able to get into the rooms. Very responsive to messages.

Beds were hard. In one of our rooms there wasn’t a shower surround so water got all over the bathroom.

the hotel looks very nice, with a lovely and relaxing pool area, rooms are spacious and bed are comfortable. Reception personnel is correct but the best was James, from the restaurant. He served us for dinner and breakfast, was very attentive and helped us enjoy our meals and time there. the kitchenette area is handy if you want to prepare something simple.

the room (ground floor) didn't have a window that could be opened, only a big glass panel with a curtain, that we had to keep closed to have some privacy feeling, but making the room claustrophobic. The bathroom, like the room, looks fine at first sight, but you could see and smell mold on the floor next to the shower area. That made the air quality really poor, the airco kept functioning in our hope to mask the smell. we were staying only one nigh on the way, so it was OK, but wouldn't have stayed for a longer trip.

We loved the delicious breakfast each morning and access to Herradura Beach, just down the road! The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. In room AC was a plus. There was a pool bar but we didn’t try it out, could be cool for next time. We seemed like the only guests this week so we felt it was a pretty private stay overall.

This was a great basic boutique hotel with incredible food! Great alternative to the mega resorts nearby.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Large, spacious room and attached restaurant. Yes - happy hour with tuna tartare and ceviche was excellent!

.staff was great. Location good. Can quickly walk to beach. Food at restaurant excellent.

Problem with toilet flushing. Staff fixed it each of my three days at hotel, then it wd break again.
