Our safe wa faulty. When we asked for help, it took a long for them to respond which caused our dinner plan to be delayed. When we tried again to use the safe as instructed, it did not work.

It has an excellent at the pool and at breakfast. We saw a lot of animals close by such as iguana, sloth, monkeys and toucan. There are a lot of acitivities to do at the property.

Everything! From the structure of the hotel, to the swimming pool, to the services provided, including transportation, the wildlife, the monkey trail, the cocktails, the breakfast and the desserts.and last but not least, the staf: they are all amazing and very kind.

Exceptional service. Stunning surroundings and sea view. We stayed in one of the Sea View premium room and the views were breath taking. The pools were amazing and not to mention the water bar. The entire staf was so friendly and always ready to go above and beyond for you. They also surprised us with a balloon and cake for our 4 yr old son’s birthday. The breakfast was really gooda with stunning scenery around the restaurant.

The miniature golf course needs to be upgraded.

This hotel has it all. First the location located on top of Manuel Antonio with tropical views. You are surrounded by nature. The hotel incorporates nature and luxury. The breakfast was great and always a variety of items. They start early enough if you have a early morning tour. Breakfast starts at 6:30am. Monkeys and sloths can be seen throughout the resort and on property hiking trail.

The humidity wet everything inside the room, even the passports inside the safe.

Parador Nature Resort is breathtaking and relaxing with gardens, monkey trails, great views of the Pacific Ocean, and lots of amenities for the whole family (e.g., spa, several pools, game room, mini-golf and pickleball courts). We enjoyed the delicious food in two restaurants and bar. The area is serene and close the beaches and Manuel Antonio National Park. The hotel offers a bus to these places as well as many options for ecological and adventurous tours for the whole family. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. We loved seeing the monkeys, sloths, and birds around the resort!!

A real treat! The hotel is well located and has amazing views to the ocean. The wildlife that you see within the hotel grounds is a real bonus, we saw sloths every day along with lizards, monkeys and (a little scary but it is Costa Rica) a scorpion! Great choice of pools and the breakfast is very good with lots of choice. It’s the second time we’ve been to the Parador and we would definitely go again if we are lucky enough to go the Costa Rica for a 3rd time.

We had a garden view room that let in little to no natural light. The patio was small and faced a large, natural plant wall. There was also a caging around it to protect guests from monkeys. I can appreciate the intent, but again, this made our room feel a bit like a dungeon. The finishes inside the room were a bit dated, with dark wood and cold, white tile flooring.

The resort itself is very nice and beautifully located on a hill overlooking the ocean. There are multiple pools, some of which are reserved for adults, and a few restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts, including gelato and cake. I like that the resort has self-service laundry as well as a small convenience store with food and souvenirs.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing—so kind and always going out of their way to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature. A truly relaxing and special place!

We went for our 25 year wedding anniversary. They gave us a free upgrade. Beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They decorated our room on our anniversary and gave us chocolate covered strawberries which was lovely.

It’s a bit out of the way, but with everything there, you don’t want to leave. The on site restaurants were a bit expensive.

Absolutely beautiful property. We felt pampered from the minute we arrived. They had everything we needed and then some surprise extras like mini golf and a monkey trail. The breakfast was wow.

Parador was a gorgeous lovely hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the views and pools were lovely. Never felt over crowded. Staff was so lovely and as we checked in very late they left a snack in the room for us. They also helped us plan activities like a catamaran tour and surf lesson. Would definitely recommend and would go back in the future.
