The location of this property was absolutely wonderful, a small boutique hotel located on the beach. You can roll out of bed and go straight for a walk. The tie up with larger hotel diria was great to be able to have an included wonderful breakfast. We stayed in the king size sea view room. We sadly had an issue with noise due to animals in the roof (just something that can happen in Costa Rica) but the staff promptly acted on this and switched our room and offered refund for one night. They were helpful and thoughtful. I would very much recommend this place!

Mattresses could have been a little better quality. Street noise was high but that isn't unique to this hotel. If you like to hang out in the room a significant amount of time and drink a lot of coffee maybe not the right hotel for you as it's basic. Coffee is next door at the sister hotel.

Breakfast was great, location to the beach amazing, everything you need in an unusually small hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the beach access and walkability. Has access to sister property pools which are nice. (Hotel Diria)

Location was fantastic, staff was friendly, Beach access was amazing and access to larger resorts next door. Breakfast area and food were excellent, lots of fresh options. Love the private garden and location of beach bar.

Parking was a little tricky but the staff were helpful and the location was secure when we finally found it.

Great location on the beach and walking to some amazing restaurants. The staff was wonderful and we were able to use the incredible pool and have breakfast at the neighboring hotel at half the price.

No laundry service. There was a wild animal fight on the roof over our room that got loud and woke us up. lol

We had a great stay here! The king bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was steps from the beach. Breakfast was a short walk away, with a huge variety. Easy to walk to a ton of restaurants. Good wifi and AC.

Everything is perfect. The staff is the friendliest we have ever experienced. Have already referred Perla to others who have already booked stays! Can’t say enough of this Pearl of the Beach!

Most beautiful hotel in Tamarindo. The staff knew it was my fiancé birthday during our stay and they surprised her (us) with a beautiful cake!! My fiancée was blown away! It really set the trip off in the best way possible

The hotel did not have a pool.. but the access to the beach is great. Great views. The room was huge with an added bedroom in the side. The staff great. There's a little seaside bar on the property.. the location is right downtown.

Parking was about 100 mts same it was the breakfast they were located at their sister property.

Great place in the beach, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and they gave us an upgraded room, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The animal shaped towel decorated with flowers was a nice touch and surprise to us. The breakfast was super tasty and lots of options for you to pick because it was buffet style. I would love to come back.

The stairs to the second story were a little uneven, making climbing and descending a bit precarious.

The location, right on the beach was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was some road noise beginning early in the morning.

I get access to the big pool and breakfast at the bigger partner hotel, Daria! It's owned by the same owner. I paid less than half, then what friends paid at Daria. Add the breakfast it's totally worth it!

No hairdryer in the room, and slightly pricy in my opinion.

Great location, quiet at night, right on the beach. Giant comfy bed and great A/C. Staff were so friendly and offered late checkout without us even asking. Breakfast across the road at the bigger hotel was delicious.

There’s nothing to dislike … honestly- best location on the beach, access to everything.. easy walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment .

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff went far beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all of our requests were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm! The room had a gorgeous view and let’s talk about the breakfast ! I wish there was a higher score than 10! A most beautiful experience!! Alex and Naomi were an absolute delight!

amazing location, very private, nice slow vibe but yet we can enjoy the amazing breakfast of the large hotel next door. Right on the beach. Wow. A simple accomodation but I'm very happy.

Our unit #1 is on the first floor near the entrance and reception desk, which was lack of privacy. The early morning bus/truck traffic from the road right outside our windows was very noisy that shook us up every morning around 6am. In addition, although the unit has windows but none of them can be opened. We had expected a peaceful and relaxing vacation, but in reality, we were exhausted and disappointed!

Great location right on the beach, fabulous buffet breakfast, nice pools, friendly and helpful staff!
