Warm welcome from the owner, super friendly, speaks english/french/spanish and maybe more?! He showed us around and helped us around town. The pyramids are beautiful and cozy. 15min from the main street and beaches of Tamarindo, which are beautiful, so it's nice and quiet when you go to sleep.

The design of the rooms is different and very interesting. The facilities are nice and clean. Antoni is very nice and cares about every detail. He also finds ways in which you can check-in without issues.

If you need an Uber, they won't come to the lodge. State it's too far and not enough fair. AC unit not cool enough. Probably needs servicing.

The villa has only 1 bathroom, they don't accept any type of cards, they say the description and policies say that, but it seems like the owner and us have different descriptions. No microwave in the kitchen.

The location was perfect for us. The villa was nice! The beds were comfortable and the ACs worked perfectly. There are 2 lovely dogs 💕in the property. Parking was safe and closed,

Great location, good facilities and nice comfortable house, owner kept in touch and provided good information, on site contact Karen very accommodating, only speaks Spanish, so make sure you know basic Spanish. Great base for activities in Tamarindo, we had great day out with Mariola fishing tours, caught a 2m sailfish, 2 Mahi Mahi, a yellow fin tuna and more, saw whales and turtles on trip, highly recommended, Antony the host was great, Pura Vida Antony

It met the basic needs we had for an over night stay, it seems it would be fine for 1-2 nights not much more make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner they are not provided. nothing negative really to say

The location for me was fine because I had a car, if you were staying here and did not have a car this location would not be great. The staff were friendly and kind, I booked last min because I only had American money on me and did not know if they would accept that, they were at the gate ready to greet us and let us in, they did accept my American money as well. Breakfast was good, we had to leave early d/t flight and they accommodated us with this serving us an hour prior to usual time and the view was beautiful. They had kittens there which both my daughters loved to play with. There were two beds in our hut one was the most comfortable bed I slept on the entire trip, the other was not as comfortable but me and my two kids slept comfortably on the one.

Distance to Downtown Tamarindo is far. You need a car. We were able to negotiate a taxi around $30 each way.

Magical and peaceful! Very comfortable and felt very safe and comfortable. The couple that welcomed us to the lodge were very sweet and kind.

Despite sending the deposit promptly on the check-in day, opting for immediate payment with an additional fee, and even confirming with them during the check-out that they received the deposit(we also got an invoice from them), three days later we received an unexpected message from Antony, informing us that he had not received the payment even after sharing all our receipts, bank transfer screenshots, etc. He eventually found the payment after some messages. I hope this could be avoided in any way in the future.

We were working close by and only stayed for one night, but it was a good choice! The pool was nice, the rooms had everything we needed, and it was very calm.
