Fantastic location, amazing team! The staff not only made us feel welcome but also shared tips about hidden local spots worth visiting, away from the usual tourist paths. Their helpfulness and warm attitude truly made our stay special.

It was Easter weekend and there was a party down the street with the most horrific karaoke singing until 2am! Also some road noise, but didn't really bother us.

Welcoming staff, aircon was already running when we arrived, apartment was spacious and very clean, enough equipment to cook a meal if we needed it. Aircon and fans worked well, comfy deckchairs on balcony. Swimming round the circular pool was fun. Easy checkout.

Rooms were a bit tight, and the location of the hotel is right off the highway so we could hear trucks passing by. We are deep sleepers and had a white noise machine going, so it didn’t bother us

The included breakfast was skimpy and bland, food at the hotel was not great but there are many options steps away from the hotel. It was a hit and miss with the staff some were nice and helpful others were not. We had a 2 hr power outage and not unusual in CR but there were no flashlights or any communication provided.

Location and setting is great. Very much a Costa Rica vibe with pool and bar just a few steps from the room. The pool was pretty and pleasant and rooms were basic but comfortable.

Great location, walking distance from the beach. Nice clean room with a great bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast is included however it does not leave much choice between pinto and fruits. The staff is OK however not specially friendly

We have to ask for cups, plates, ice. Noise from traffic, the major road is near the hotel. Breakfast was very simple.

Hotel is located in a nice garden with pretty swimming pool. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Terrace with garden views.

It was VERY difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower. It was either too hot or cold. Toilet paper holder was broken.

Breakfast was very basic, but good. There is a really good breakfast place a short walk away. A/C worked great. I love the pool/bar/seating/game area and the live music when available. Close proximity to the beach, shopping and good dining, and the Rio Lindo kitchen has really good food.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price and had live music and film nights in the evenings, great vibes overall.

The only issue is that the bed mattress are covers by some nylon cover that are not so comfortable and make an unpleasant sound

The location is great right by the entry of this little town. The stuff are super nice and there are live music every second evening by the pool. The pizza on the hotel restaurant is the best in the area

We probably didn’t see it at its best as we arrived a full on tropical storm and the rain continued through the morning which made the bar noisy due to a tin roof. It would be much better with the sun out!

I liked everything!

The property is located next to the river and a few meters from the beach. You can do bird watching from the restaurant and pool. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is outstanding and at a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only 8 spaces for parking which would probably be fine except that pool is open to the public so during the day, parking spaces may be taken up by people who are not actually staying at the hotel

Pretty loud between the trucks off the highway and the music at the bar going late into the night. One night was a band doing classic rock covers. Personally Im all set on hearing "Jet Airliner" by Steve Miller Band for the rest of my life. Next night was DJ night and was far worse. I'm not sure if that was at the bar or some place next door. Bring ear plugs.

Staff was really cool, helpful, and friendly. Food was excellent at the bar. Parking was great and super safe.

It's kind of a nitpick, kind of not a nitpick. The TV is on top of a tall dresser, and as a result, the viewing angle is wonky, and you have to turn it up annoyingly loud to hear both the loud and soft parts of shows. I don't go to hotels in CR to watch tv, so it's a nitpick. But I also like to rest and have downtime between activities, so it's important.

The breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed the screened in patio in my room. The drink menu is more interesting and diverse than most. The pineapple negroni, I'm pretty sure I've never seen anywhere else. Very good. Comfortable bed. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looks great. Hard to beat the location.

The bathroom was pretty dirty when we arrived and the bedsheets didn't smell great. The included breakfast has only 2 options - traditional or a bowl of fruit.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed help ordering taxis. The pool area is lovely. We didn't go in as only stayed one night, but looked very nice. Location is great, short walk to beach and bars/restaurants.
