This Review is 100% Inaccurate! We are a Boutique Hotel, so of course the Hotel Manager lives on site, That is very normal for a Hotel. Under No Circumstance does ANYONE EVER enter a Guests Room. The Guests comment: 'can come to the rented rooms at any time' is COMPLETELEY FALSE! We respect all guests privacy and at NO TIME in the last 6 years since we opened have we ever entered a guests room without the guests knowledge and permission. Our cleaner will not enter the guests room without the guests permission and consent. The Guests comment: 'Sheets had stains' is COMPLETELY FALSE. The room, including sheets and bed was pristine clean when this guest arrived. All linen, bedding and towels are laundered and cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness daily and all are fresh and clean for every guest when they arrive. We found a blemish on the Egyptian Cotton sheets that is a small area of discoloration the size of a 5 cent coin, That discoloration was likely caused by a guest ironing their clothes on top of the sheets and the iron discoloring the sheet. THIS WAS NOT A STAIN, it was discoloration. The discolored sheet as been replaced. Louis never advised us of any issues during his stay, we care deeply about all our guests experience and tell all guests to advise us of any issues during their stay so we can promptly resolve them, Louis never did that! He was extremely complimentary of Secret Jaco and never communicated about any issue during his stay. We cannot fix a problem a guest does not tell us about, Secret Jaco is unique, amazing, one of a kind and unrivalled.
