There were no towels to dry your hands, the bathroom mat didn’t absorb any water, and it was very easy for water to spill out of the shower. There’s only one trash can in the bathroom , there should be one under the desk as well. The hairdryer didn’t work either. There’s also a lack of organization with communication and the staff. On the last day of my stay, breakfast wasn’t going to be served and no one gave any notice. When I got to the place, the cleaning lady just said breakfast wasn’t being served, and that was it, no solutions. I had to message the owner, who wasn’t even there. They offered me a free lunch for the following day, but I wasn’t going to be there anymore

Pictures on website deceiving you are across the beach have to go through one of the properties across the street to enter the beach. No Parking available at the facility. Enter the rooms via Street Gate which is not that secure.

It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. No one seemed to be managing the space. Very basic 1 star accommodation that was really overpriced. The room was simple not enough space for clothing and the bunk bed for the children squeaked anytime someone moved while sleeping. The photos did not really give a sense of the accommodation.

Loved the proximity to the beach , good location and the staff were great. Bedding was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast included.

Would say it is a hostel not hotel. No one ever in reception the whole 3 days, saw the ?manager once for 5 minutes on her laptop in the cafe seemed unapproachable, so never had anyone to ask about excursions/surf lessons in person, luckily witches rock (in front) helped with this and let us park at their resteraunt, very noisy we heard the water pump constantly through the night, pillows are uncomfortable

They placed me in another room and did not try to put me back into the one I paid for. It’s a big room also, though them not trying to change something after I said I didn’t like it isn’t the way.

The facility lacked some things like water heaters or coffee maker. And there are no common areas in the hostel. Also I had some problems with the internet here and there. It kicked me out of zoom meetings like 2 times per day.

Great property which is across the road from the beach and a surf break. The property is clean and was all we needed. If you are looking for a place with communal areas to relax in, this is not the hotel for you. There are only the rooms and a small entrance way. The location is perfect if you are wanting to spend most of your time on the beach.

First room smelled bad and put us in wrong room. The room had bugs and a small slit in door like made by saw that bugs could get in. Big roaches outside at night. Tile very slippery when it rains son fell many times and some of us slid on tile. Breakfast was promised then denied to us. One manager said we would another said no. But price and portion not worth money. Witches rock across street much better.

Sometimes, the water pressure was low (upstairs room). I understand from the staff that this was a city issue. This will be of more benefit to the hotel: Better insulation at the door could probably save them more on energy cost.

Location was great. Very close to the beach, town center. The breakfast was excellent and ample. The staff were very helpful and nice. I appreciate the air conditioning and hot water. And I think it gives the best value for your money in the vicinity.
