There was only one very small thing I would suggest but honestly not a big deal. A sign on the side street that you turn off of to get the the driveway. There is a sign for another hotel so you're not sure if you're in the right place but if you turn there and go farther back you'll see a sign for Treehouse Bosque Nuboso.

We loved everything about our treehouse. They had everything we needed to make meals, the room was spacious, the patio was so relaxing with a hammock, hammock chairs and an outdoor sofa/chair/coffee table set. Luiz met us in the parking lot to check us in. He walked us to our treehouse and stayed to make sure we were happy with everything. Because they don't have an office, you pay him cash when you arrive. You can pay USD or colones. Everything was so clean and beautiful. We woke up to pazotes (coatis) climbing in the trees next to us. My boys pointed out a baby capybara while walking to the car! It was so close to everything. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

It was a little hard to find as it doesn’t have a reception but the staff were there pretty quickly once contacted on WhatsApp so not really an issue.

The tree house was in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. It was great waking up hearing to all the wildlife and the hammocks were a great touch.

there was allmost no storage space for our stuff (clothes) or in the kitchen, so for me the bed could gave been smaller and some shelves added, or shelves above the kitchen area

Good location in Monteverde close to the centre but in the middle of a small forest, saw an agouti every morning and sometimes monkeys passing by. Saw a toucanet close to the house. House was clean with a nice big bed, had a dehumidifier which was great, and a heater.

Beautiful location, the Tree House was bigger than I expected, and well appointed. It’s much prettier than in the pictures. Staff met us shortly after we arrived to check us in; and they were helpful and friendly. Laura booked us a night tour (we drove but I believe they’ll arrange transport if needed). The patio and hammocks were perfect; and we got to see plenty of wildlife. Including the Howler Monkeys one morning.

This was the only place we stayed that didn’t have breakfast included. Check in was a bit confusing.

Very unique property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I was worried about the lack of a pool, but my kids were perfectly content hanging out in the hammocks and watching the monkeys.

It was a bit difficult to find at first but the owners were able to direct the driver to the location, close to Cala Lodge.

A truely different experience with being in the nature! Our stay at the treehouse glamping site in Monteverde was nothing short of enchanting. The treehouse offered a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort that made our visit truly unforgettable. The staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with on whatsapp! They helped with early checkin and checkout. The place was very clean and very relaxing. The place was also big enough to fit everyone. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of tropical birds and the soft rustle of the wind in the trees felt like something out of a dream.

Shame not to see much wildlife, certainly no monkeys, probably due to the amount of building work and noise going on.

Great location with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Hammocks and swing chairs on the balcony were very relaxing and well used! Tree houses are clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom!

No where to hang towels or anything - no hooks for bathroom. Lighting very poor for makeup etc. No lamps. Host turned up after dark to ask for payment and just sat on the balcony, found it a little odd!

Saw monkeys and lots of birds from the home. Very nice - better than the pictures. Location was good, about a 20min walk to town. Some nice restaurants nearby and we visited the butterfly garden. Toiletries to use and tea, coffee, sugar. Host communicated well.

Close to town, yet feels like it’s very secluded. We had a care, but you could easily walk to several restaurants from the property and Santa Elena isn’t far at all. Very quiet and peaceful. Love waking up early and reading with a cup of coffee on the deck. Great, kind hosts. Recommend WhatsApp to ask the owner for specific directions.

Nothing to complain about.

We had a brilliant stay at the Treehouse, the location is brilliant felt like we were staying the jungle but it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wildlife was amazing, great birding from the balcony. Host organized our zip line tour which was brilliant. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

In our cabin, there was only hot water in the shower — not the bathroom sink or kitchen sink — and it was a little hard to access as you had to turn the handle just slightly on . If you went past the sweet spot, there was just cold water. Luckily, we had the other cabin, which had hot water in the sinks, so we could wash dishes and wash up. It was just a little inconvenient.

We were able to rent two cabins, one for myself and my husband and one for my daughter and her family. The location was excellent and having glass walls on two sides of our cabin really made us feel like we were in the forest. We were in the tres, but not high off the ground like the others. My daughter’s cabin was high off the ground, so we used their porch more. Both were well furnished with exactly what was needed to prepare meals and relax.

This was an excellent location, in walking distance of the cafés, restaurants and shops of Monteverde but also surrounded by nature and greenery. Laura the host was super friendly and helped us book tickets for ziplining etc. A shame we didn't have time to do the cooking experience at her home. The valentines gifts left for us were a sweet touch. The children loved it, all in all, fantastic for a 2 night stay.

This was one of our favourite places we stayed in our whole Costa Rica trip. We stayed in the treehouse and it was stunning, the interior was done to a high spec and it has a lovely outdoor area with hammocks. It rained so hard the first night we were there but we felt so cosy in the room, being able to cook dinner and watch TV whilst listening to the rain. It was so nice to just watch out the windows and try to spot wildlife and listen to the sounds of nature. Very relaxing and would recommend!

The hot water was minimal for the shower.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The room was updated and very clean. The setting was surrounded by nature, birds and monkeys. We had six swinging chairs that were so relaxing to hang out in on the deck and watch the nature around us. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a dehumidifier. We were visited by the white faced monkeys that was the highlight.

The accommodation was very clean and just a nice little place that gives you a sense of being home even if you're traveling and in the forest. Staff was helpful with our arrival times changing and check-out was super easy. Location is pretty great off a nice, quiet side road and within walking distance to some restaurants and markets for anything you'd need.

The domo itself felt a little grubby in places, but it being camping in the wilderness, it didn't bother me too much. As it was rainy season during our stay, the humidity was high and there was a significant smell of damp. There are dehumidifiers provided though which work a treat! Also, you are quickly reminded of your proximity to town, once the mopeds and motorbikes kick off in the early morning - not an amazing wake-up. Not that anyone could do anything about it, really!

We were given a very warm welcome and lots of information on how to get assistance or advice for our stay. The bed in our glamping domo was HUGE and super comfortable. The veranda outside with swings and a sofa was fantastic for sitting and relaxing, listening to and watching for the wildlife around. I even took some sound recordings for listening to later! Especially at night, it felt homely.
