I like the small pool. The staff is excellent and accommodating to your needs. Very friendly and very helpful. Have a coffee maker in my room which is almost a necessity for me.

The driveway to the establishment is a little precarious and you have to be very careful when you are backing up.

I really enjoyed the pool even though it's small but I was by myself so there wasn't a whole lot of activity there. I had a room with a small refrigerator and coffee maker and being the coffee enthusiast that I am I was grateful for that. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This time I didn't encounter the motorcycle races that I had before and the dogs are barking at night it was quiet and I slept well.

We loved our stay at Villa Pacande. The staff was absolutely amazing. Mauricio and Alberto were awesome. We felt safe and welcomed.

We should have rented a car! We used uber, but would have explored many more local attractions in a rental car.

Roaches in the kitchen, over charged me, far from airport, did not provide airport shuttle after saying they would, VERY uncomfortable bed

I like the fact that it had a pool and I utilized that. Very nice surroundings and accommodating.

Unfortunately I stayed on a Friday night and there were many motorcyclists around and barking dogs.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was typical for the area and price range. Very clean, had everything you need.

My only complaint is that the bathroom light was very dim making the bathroom too dark for doing make-up or hair. My other comment is a warning, the gate is a bit narrow so if you bring a car driver confidence is halpful, however the staff is so helpful the will certainly spot for you, if needed.

Close location to the airport. The staff is very nice and helpful with what they can do. Has a bunch of friendly dogs you can play with.

Uncomfortable mattress, is like sleeping on the floor. Bed sheets have holes and look/feel very old. I slept terribly since the room is not soundproof and the curtains are not blackout, there's a lot of light coming in from outside.

I stayed at ApartHotel Villa Pacande & Rooms for one night, and while it was okay for a quick stopover, I wouldn’t choose to return. The room had a persistent musty smell at times, with occasional hints of dog urine, which made the stay less pleasant. The bed was extremely firm—uncomfortably so—and the shower setup didn’t inspire much confidence; there was always a lingering concern about the safety of the electrical installation. Additionally, there was a trail of ants marching through the bathroom like they owned the place. For the price, it’s acceptable for a single night if you’re just passing through, but overall, it’s not a place I’d recommend for a longer stay.

We do like everything! The green areas were amazing and so much space, the pool with perfect size we also were able to enjoy a moment before leaving! And the Staff specially Ramón, he is so nice and great host, gave us all info about it and we loved our stay the doggies around too! 😇

Nothing to say! Actually we were given more than we expected! Excellent attitude and attention to clients, we loved our stay in Villa Pacande, was amazing!

I like the location and the new pool very much. I have stayed there many times and it's always a pleasure.

We cancelled our reservations the same day due to the fact that we were treated unjustly by the owners. And then we were charged. Totally unethical

We had gone like 2 years ago and the place was very nice. I shared many photos. However this time we werent treated nicely and we cancelled.. Then charged for 2 rooms. Too bad,,,!

Everything was really nice, only the beds especially the mattress was terrible.

need softer pillows and the sofa bed wasn't adequate for anyone larger than a child, it tips over

First, the premises are very attractive, located on the top of a bluff next to the road. My room was very nice, very expansive with pretty much a full kitchen, a double bed, a couch which I guess converts to a bed, and a private bathroom. My bedroom looked out onto the pool. The room was very clean. What was also nice is that there was a pulperia, a small little market just a few blocks away. Mauricio was always very helpful. whenever I needed any help, he got right to it.

Well, I got into a dispute with a taxi driver on the day of my departure, which was unfortunate. This was partially due to a misunderstanding between Mauricio and myself. The taxi driver and I did have a little trouble finding the place, but I think that was our fault as there were two signs at the entrance.

Friendly people, no complaints at this price.
