The hotel is in a fabulous location. Our room was small for 3 adults but we weren’t in it much. Most importantly the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want. Would highly recommend

One of the beds was very creaky - not great when you are a family sharing a room. No one slept brilliantly as a result. One of the two rooms was very small for three.

The parking at the property is tight. You really need to be a skilled driver and lucky to park your car.

Location is perfect. Next to the Monte Verde National park and the beach. Everything around is walking distance.

The parking situation is challenging. There are only 5 spaces and they are hard to get in and out of.

The hotel was very close and walkable to the beach and the park entrance, as well as to restaurants and shops. We liked the quaintness and authenticity to the area. The hostess Tina was very chill and delightful, as was her assistant. The property was well decorated and clean and the room was comfortable.

The location was very convenient to the park. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout. The room was adequate. Beds to me were comfortable. The only drawback was the WiFi signal was weak and slow to the point I was unable to work on my laptop.

Place was very close to the beach, less than 5 mins by walk. And 2 mins by walk to the Manual Antonio national park. There is an excellent restaurant right next to it. And the manager is super friendly.

More towels and key cards for the front gate would have been nice

Everything! The value and convenience of being so close to the national park and public beach simply can't be beat. The rooms are simple but well equipped and comfortable, and the pool area is great to cool off on a hot day. The free breakfast was stacked and delicious with hot gallo pinto, eggs and plantains; as well as cereal, coffee and toast. The hosts were unquestionably kind and attentive via whatsapp to our every need night and day. Truly a wonderful stay.

The beds could have been better; one of the beds was little squeaky but not uncomfortable Wifi was not working right, keep getting disconnected.

This is pretty close to the beach, a few minutes walk, and also a block away from the national park, which is very convenient if you want to visit the park/beach. The owner was very helpful and helped to park our car as parking is tight and narrow. Overall, we had a good time.

For the price its extremely basic: no warm water, no mirror in the bathroom, very small room, the breakfast is like being in a hostel.

The entrance to the Manuel Antonio national park is just a few steps away. The owner/manager was very helpful, he helped me with the car and the luggage.

Sand on the floor in the room ensured had to wipe feet before getting in bed. Broken light in room. The place was very noisy - walls thin so you could hear conversations and snoring in neighbouring rooms as well as outside the property. Parking was very difficult as the hotel is down a narrow dirt lane crowded with people and souvenir stalls.

The location is outstanding being only a few metres from the entrance to the national park and a short stroll to the beach. It was useful to have a kitchen we could use to cook etc also. The mattresses were very comfortable too as was the air conditioning unit. Breakfast was just adequate.
