The rooms :/ they feel SO outdated and the lighting inside is so white/blue that it doesn’t feel inviting. The bathrooms in the lobby were nicer than the bathrooms in the rooms. The rooms have so much potential!

The temperature in the thermal pool was clearly too high. The thermal pool in the room was just not usable one day, clearly too hot. The large thermal zone was also on the edge. Other locations in the area have the temperature much better set.

This hotel sits on a large property, we stayed in a room with a small thermal pool in a garden visited by plenty of birds. The location is very quiet, the room is large, the personnel helps a lot on any issue. We were able to do a small laundry, still very expensive but also very helpful. From all the places we've been in Costa Rica this hotel had the best breakfast, with very good quality products. One can see also plenty of birds around the breakfast zone, the pool and the gardens. The hotel has a very nice thermal pool with multiple small pools accessible over night. It also has a normal pool. We really enjoyed it.

Rooms are quite small. The lighting in the rooms is a harsh white light, very bright and clinical. They should switch the bulbs to something yellow and add some lamps or some other softer indirect lighting.

Grounds and pools are great. Staff is very friendly. Lots of wildlife. The breakfast buffet was really good. We had the private hot tub which was fantastic.

The double room was a little small for 4 people but we made it work.

Beautiful hot springs and I liked that it wasn’t overrun with people. So relaxing. I enjoyed a massage at the spa with the windows open and the rain coming down (it was heaven!).

We had to change to different wifi codes everywhere within the property, but just a minor annoyance.

The view from our room was exquisite! Gorgeous view of the Volcano! Breakfast was wonderful, with gallo pinto, fresh fruit and many options. The pool was refreshing and very fun for my daughter, even in the rain! We were also able to book many excursions from the concierge on-site even for the same day, it was very easy and a fair price.

There was a constant high pitched noise that was louder by the hot tubs/sauna area.

The pool and hot tubs and swim up bar all were great. Beautiful view of the volcano. Very good included breakfast. Close to La Fortuna. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was perfect for our stay! Thermal pools with wet bar was our favorite. Surroundings and view of arenal were stunning!

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was good in the restaurant which accommodated a lot of people. The weather was very wet during our stay and with no heaters in the room it was very difficult to dry our clothes.
