I was informed that they only accept cash upon arrival. Nearest atm is 1 hour walk or $20 taxi. So bring cash! There was no power outlet in our room. It was a little noisy with all the children.

The pool was lovely on a hot day, location is close to town and the kitchen was useful. The room was really small and had way too many bunk beds for the size of the room.

There was a big storm during my stay and there wasn't any way to go to the bathroom without getting soaked. Maybe leaving an umbrella in every tent could be a nice way to make sure no one is stuck in their tent. And sadly, the wifi in the tents wasn't strong enough for making video calls and it dropped a few times. It won't matter to most people, but for those working while traveling, maybe book a room in the building itself.

Great location close to most things in town. The tents are very comfortable, the AC is great, the beds are comfortable, you get awakened by the birds. I really loved the bubbles. I haven't used the kitchen, but it's big and seems nice. The pool was nice with some shade on it. The left shower was warm enough to not mind taking one.

The fact that the accommodation didn't seem ready yet when we arrived (not properly cleaned, shower and light didn't function); the overall state of the property was older than in the pictures. A point of notice, about the location: the closest beach is part of a National Park and costs 6dollars a day; so not very cost efficient if you don't have transport (free beaches: 2-3km away).

Friendly staff (& cute little dog Paco), swimmingpool, the option of an outdoor kitchen, the quick fixes for the inconveniences when we arrived & the alternative offered after mentioning some discomforts.

We had a shared bathroom and it could have been a little cleaner. I'm not sure bath mats or bins were changed on our 3 night stay.

It's a quiet, chilled out place to stay with a well maintained pool and aircon in the rooms - which was a life saver! The staff are friendly and the beach is a 10min walk away.

I have to be honest and say that we found the staff to be quite unaccommodating. Our arrival was delayed past 9pm due to a late bus and they weren’t willing to help us at all, simply stated that check-in was only until 9pm and wouldn’t make an exception. When it came to pay, the nearby ATM was out of service all day. We were told that a card payment would cost us $17 extra (for a two night stay!) and that we would need to go out to an ATM further away, it was 8pm by this point and they wanted the payment that day. They weren’t unpleasant at all, just unhelpful!

If you dont have a car. Its a little bit hard to get anywere. Because there is no citycentre in uvita... I booked the glampimg. It was realy cool, but it smelled a bit of the tenth (plastic)

Room could have used more hangers/hooks. To use the beach you have to pay $7US to go into the National Park. Suggestion: Go after 5:00pm when it is free.

Pool was nice. Room and washrooms were clean. Location was good ie walking distance to National Park. Beach inside park is beautiful. Great for swimming and running.

Sharing a bathroom is always a risk. A day someone left a big mess, but staff cleaned it immediately when notified. The room was very small and nothing to hang clothes on or even a towel. Comfortable bed, not the pillows.

The staff was really helpful, especially Carolina. She booked a guide for us , Anner, who is amazing. it was really nice to have a small pool to relax in. We loved the 2 dogs, Osa and Paco. The lodge is walking distance from where the bus leaves you. It's 5 mins walk from the national park main entrance. You can do your own cooking. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
