10/10 – Absolutely Perfect Stay at Casa Bom Dia! Our stay at Casa Bom Dia was unforgettable thanks to Cristina’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome, showing us around and sharing amazing local tips that truly made our visit special. The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, with a lovely view that we enjoyed every morning. The entire staff was friendly and kind – it felt like staying with family. Every recommendation Cristina gave us was spot-on, from restaurants to hidden gems in Mindelo. And we can’t forget Bronk – the best dog tour guide ever! His charm added an extra touch of magic to our stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Cristina and the whole Casa Bom Dia team – we’ll be back!

Christoph and his manager Christina have created a peaceful haven in Mindelo to relax and enjoy all Sao Vincente has to offer. Close to the town centre but away from busy areas. Breakfasts are plentiful and there is a wide choice of food. Shared fridge and sun terrace. Very good value. Perfect for sundown playing Ouril on the terrace!

A lovely place to start your holiday. Nice location, walking distance from everywhere. We enjoyed the roof terrace a lot. Cris is an excellent host. Delicious breakfast.

The house is not sound isolated so you can listen to guest leaving and entering to their rooms as well as noise in the street. Not a problem is you are a heavy sleeper.

The house is very close to bars and restaurants. The room is big and bed comfortable. AC and fan are appreciated. Cristina is very helpful and nice. The best of all is the breakfast and the terrace.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, and we loved the roof terrace with its beautiful views over Mindelo. Our room was equipped with both a/c and a fan, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotlessly clean. Christophe was a great host and Cristina was especially helpful with making restaurant reservations and arranging a taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We would have appriciated if construction works had been communicted beforehand. Rooms are about to be equiped with air condition.

Beds were very comfortable. The host and family warmly welcomed us in their home. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. Great view from the rooftop terrace.

We had a really pleasant stay at Casa bom Dia. The room was ver clean and the roof top terrace was amazing. The location was very good as well. Restaurants were in walking distance as well as a small grocery store right next door. Christophe was very uncomplicated and really nice and provided us with all information and recommendations. When our arrival was not going as intended due to the flight condition he was very flexible with the arrival dates. Also he provided us breakfast as a to go package when we were leaving for an early tour! I would defitnetly stay there again and recommend the Accomodation

Location - right in the city center you can just freely walk around and explore, Christophe is super friendly and organized amazing vegan breakfast options for me, chilled place, overall just top notch, and he was super flexible in accommodating our check in and check out needs, and the view is amazing

It's a subtropical region with abundant sunshine. Therefore, our room became too warm, despite fan. In walking distance from village centre, however, late at night sometimes annoyance from grog-loving persons.

Hospitality of the host Christophe and the abundant breakfast. Nice views from the sunny and relaxing roof terrace. We could stay another night after our flight was cancelled

Perfect place for a stay in Mindelo. The provided breakfast was much enjoyed: fresh fruit platter, very good bread, yoghurt and a good shot of caffeine to get your day kickstarted. All this served on the wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the bay of Mindelo. Room is spacious and has a nice, warm shower.

There were a few issues with the water temps and water pressure in the bathroom.

The owner of the property Christoph was so very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the views were pretty spectacular.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at Casa Bom Dia. Christophe and family created a beautiful place and we were welcomed very warmly. The roof terrace is very nice and we enjoyed our breakfast. We also really liked how the place was furnished and decorated. Generally great vibes. Will come back if we visit Cape Verde again.

We really had a great time at Casa Bom Dia! The room was super comfortable, in a very good location with all of the facilities around. We were super nicely welcomed by Christophe who helped us navigate in Mindelo, get tips on restaurants and activities. Breakfast was really delicious :) Highly recommended, book without hesitation!
