The pool is open to the public which is a lovely idea but I feel there should’ve been at least a few lounge chairs reserved for the actual paying guests. The air-conditioning was weak which made the nights not so comfortable. When we first arrived to our room, the bathroom floor was dusty and the towels were dirty (we didn’t complain about this as we had our own towels but feel it’s worth noting.)

All the staff were really friendly! We had a lovely sea-view room, with a private outdoor seating area.

Hotel needs update, swimming pool was not so clean. We arrived at about 17 o'clock but before getting the key from the room, staff needed to check it, so we have to wait.

Location is good, in the city center, next to ferry. Welcome drinks on arrival.

We had dinner + breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and even if the food was good, the service was really bad. We wanted a cocktail but they only offered 2 options, we asked for draft beers and got bottles, the food took 1h30 to be served, the waiters were not helpful at all and it seems that they didn’t care at all about our table … sad because the food was actually good and the place was nice !

The front desk employees were really nice & helpful ! We had a beautiful room decorated with rose petals and red hearts, so nice from the hotel !

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff who are happy to help and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They can even support in booking some activities like a snorkeling trip. The hotel serves a very nice breakfast buffet with a mix of local and international food. Its location is unbeatable.

The location of the hotel, the pool area and scenery was magnificent. It was easily accessible to everything, room was very well decorated in all white, but required upkeep. The room facilities was basic, the shower area a little old. It really is a lovely hotel, which looks beautiful and the eating area is lovely. Just needs a few tweaks and would be perfect.

Location is great. The views from the bedroom were amazing, an oasis to rest and relax. Staff from reception, restaurant and breakfast bar were really nice, helping me with everything I needed.

Breakfast was quite basic and unexciting. The only other thing to note is that the bathroom is round a corner, so shielded from view, but has no door, so if sharing with a friend or colleague it could be a bit strange.

The location is excellent, central but quiet, and within a few minutes walk to the ferry port. A taxi from the airport cost the equivalent of 12 euros. There is a beautiful bar area with views overlooking the bay and Belem tower. The rooms are very clean, peaceful and had everything that I needed.

One of our nights we spent at Mansa Marina, the hotel arranged a party to celebrate the winning samba-school of this years carnival. With a crowd of 200, and an enthusiastic band some 20 meters from our room, the sleep was just so-and-so.

Situated in the middle of the harbor, close to everything in the city, yet fairy peaceful and secluded from the surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff, and large and - for the most - quiet and clean rooms. OK facilities for breakfast/pool-area, and an excellent restaurant for dinner. Occasional live music of very high standard in the restaurant.
