Hotel with good sea views. For Cape Verdean prices, probably a bit expensive, but offers good room service and breakfast. The bathroom had no door to separate it from the room.

Rooms are very spacious, well furnished, mine had a wonderful balcony. I could watch the star sky and hear the waves crushing the rocky coast. Yet, I had to open the door to the balcony and all windows to be able to sleep. There is no air condition. This is really missing. Also, the path to the property still leads, in parts, over a dark construction site. Not dangerous, but be aware that the cobbled path is limited. This will probably change soon.

Danilo at reception was exceptional in always answering any question I had before arrival. Superb. This is a modern property with sea view, a nice terrace, and good restaurant for breakfast. friendly owners, whom I met at breakfast. The property is located 5 minutes away from the very nice village square and church and from the path from Punta del Sol to Cruzinha.

Wifi is not working very well on the roofterrace. I would love a chair in my room. The street is a bit remote.

Modern new hotel with 10 clean rooms, overlooking the ocean and close to the former airport, which was closed after a horrible crash. There is a dirty beach next to this hotel. I liked the colourfull shower! Staff and owner are very nice. Great roofterrace. Breakfast was good. Several restaurants and supermarkets closeby. Beautiful sunsets! And at the reception you can also buy water and beer.

Everything was great.

Very well run place, generous to a fault. We had asked for twin beds but they didn’t have any room with twin beds so they gave us a complimentary second room. Even though the suite I had booked was very big and could have easily accommodated a second bed. On our second night, we went to the restaurant. We were told they hadn’t opened yet as they had been doing some renovations but they kindly offered to cook a meal especially for us. Not only was it greatly appreciated as after hiking all the way the Cruzinha, I could not have walked any further, but the meal was excellent.

This place is great for many reasons: location; cleaness, big good rooms with sea views, and great value price/quality. But what we liked more was about the people who works there which are special: always very nice , helpful and makes you feel at home.

We reserved a room with a sea view and got one without. There were no compensations or anything regarding this issue. Shelfs in the bathroom are missing and the big room looks kind of empty without any furniture.

This place is absolutely fantastic. By far the best stay in Santo Antao. Location is perfect with a view of the sea and a picturesque abandoned airport. Staff is sincerely friendly, relaxed and they also speak english. Hotel level room was spacious, spotless and had the most comfortable bed I have experienced on S. Antao. Fabuluos breakfast, also best I've had (so far) on S. Antao, hence, stayed in six guesthouses.
