The room need some update: curtains looks cheap, the coffee station could be more presentable/ attractive. The bathroom: not every thing works properly. The shower head, the toilet ;only on flush botton works. the room could be updated. The cleanliness is based on the maintenance of the property not on the maid service. The fact that its 220 volt and not 110.

It was quit, nice breeze in the balcony, good ambience overall.

Room was a bit dark. Outside light was not working. Our room was a side room of a larger apartment, the person in the larger room tried to open the connecting door. They later went around and tried to open "our" front door. It was a bit scary.

The rooms at Acoya are outdated and in need of maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, and our room was too close to the road in the villa area, making it feel like the cars were driving right through the room due to the noise.

The breakfast was ok, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

First off I paid $1120.85 when booking.com said it would be $912 in the confirmation email. The standard room pictures were misleading as the room was a literal box with no. This room would have never worked for 8 days and then had to spend an additional $80 to upgrade to a deluxe room which better in look and size but I heard the music from the bar daily

Collin at the desk was great and his service was on point he is the only reason why this was not a complete fail.

Maintenance could be better... From pipes that are not covered, to holes in the walls, to some mold dew... Little things that takes away from the otherwise great experience.

The pool at the room was really cool. The kids had fun with it and I did not have to be aware of other kids or people around. The team at Acoya was also super. When I asked for an upgrade, they assisted with everything to make the transition as smooth as possible.

The wifi and Internet connection did not work properly in apt # 3220. They were constantly disconnected, what made our stay quite frustrating, not being able to use our mobile phones and ipads! We reported the issue to the frontdesk attendant, however it was not resolved during our stay. There was connection though in the reception área and the restaurants.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of ítem to choose from! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The airconditioning in the apt worked very well, especially on very hot days!

That they clean the room every three days towels and everything they change every three days so that means that rooms are not clean

Paid for a queen bed and we received 2 single bed merged together with a gap between them. The room we booked had a balcony and view to the pool, nothing like it was descriped on booking.com AC was small and did not cool the room, sometimes it was more a sauna. Staff at the reception were very unfriendly
