When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very strong smell of urine. We contacted Deby, and she said she had also noticed it but didn’t know where it was coming from, and that it could be a rat in the ceiling. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to stay in the apartment, so I looked for the source and found that it was at the back of the fridge, which was covered in cat urine. Deby sent her assistant to clean it. The bed in the master bedroom creaked with every movement, although the mattress was comfortable. Check-out is at 11:00, but the cleaning staff starts arriving at 10:00 to pressure you to leave. .

The location is good. The kitchen had enough to cook, and the bathroom was spacious

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment from September 23 to October 6! The room was simple but sufficiently furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the warm and muggy weather. The location was ideal—close to two major supermarkets and just a short drive to Jan Thiel, Mambo Beach, Willemstad, as well as Caracasbaystreet. The option to rent a car made it easy to explore the island at my own pace. The property itself was great. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the company of friendly cats on the grounds. The apartments were well insulated, and I appreciated how quiet it was; I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I had no problem walking around during the day. The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to contact, always willing to help when I needed it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convenient and peaceful area. I hope to return soon!

But it is very basic. So there is nothing more then the necessities. Maybe some cleaning supplies to do dishes would be nice. Also a shower curtain is a good idea since it is in the middle of the kitchen/livingroom. There is no privacy if you are not a couple.

It is on a really nice location. Close to a supermarket and for the price you get everything you need.

I was in apartment Ecuador in the front of the complex. The shower was dirty and filled with ants and gnats. Yes, I know they are normal but it looked like they had been there for more than a day. The drain in the shower clogged the first time I took a shower. No hand soap in the bathroom, an almost empty bottle of soap in the kitchen for dishes, a broken freezer door (I was told later a part needed to be ordered from the US). Although the mattress is soft, the bed was very squeaky. Cobwebs in the corners and a broken toilet seat. The cats like to congregate and eat right outside the door.

Maybe I just had a bad experience so the good things about this property are minimal. Affordable rates, hot water, in a secured and safe location. Renting a car from the property was cheap, but you must pay for insurance. Photos of the studio are mostly accurate. The hostess Deborah was nice and took care of the needs I had, but the problem was that they should have already been taken care of before arrival.
