The property is close to the road, so you may hear some noise from cars and motorcycles. From the moment you book, it’s clear that this is not a 5-star hotel, so the furniture may be worn or outdated and not perfectly spotless. A few things were broken, and the kitchen didn’t have all the utensils I needed.

The location is very central, with everything within walking distance— restaurants,shops, a casino, clubs, and supermarkets. I loved the spaciousness, the price, and the excellent breakfast service. This was my second time staying here, and what brought me back was the charming rooftop restaurant serving delicious Indian cuisine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool, and the place had everything I needed for a short stay.

You can’t sit on the roof terrace after 6 pm because it’s a restaurant. Although the food looks really good.

Everything was good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very well located. The lady with glasses Trudeska I think her name is, was very helpful in every way. She was very kind and assisted me with a few things. It is very challenging and stressful having to travel with a disability and access support, but the staff were great

Room needs a serious update. (From wallpaper to lights - everything was outdated or just plain old).

The beds are great. Walking distance to most of the sights in Willemstad.

When i booked i thought we were getting a balcony. It wasn't the cleanest place and pretty dated. Not much for facilities at the hotel. The kitchen in the room was lacking in dishware and cutlery. The coffee maker didnt seem to work. The shower glass was cracked and there was no hot water. The free breakfast wasnt very good. The area was great as you could walk everywhere and was close to everything. That's about all it had going for it. Would not stay here again.

There were a couple of things that stood out to me. The overall room could use a little upgrade. It seemed a bit outdated. The breakfast was somewhat limited. The kitchen makes you a combination of eggs, bacon, or hashbrowns and offers you some fruit. For Self-serving, there's cheese, bread and butter, and a self-serving coffee machine. Overall, it was good but nothing special. In my opinion, the breakfast could have more options.

The hotel is located in Otrobanda area and is extreamly closse to the Hulanda Village and to Queen Emma Bridge. Idieally just few minutes away by walking Punda and Downtown Willemstad. The hotel staff is very nice polite. Always similing and greeting you. The hotel does comes with Hot water. This is something I really appriciate it. Most importantly very clean room. Overall nice hotel.
