The doors of the rooms and bathroom have some noise every time you close and open them. I would be great if in the kitchen we could find the minimum things to cook, like salt, sugar, oil.

The location was good, near Jan Thiel beach and not so far from the center Punda and Otrobanda. Apartment clean and equipped with the necessary for the stay.

The water pressure of the handheld shower head. Fortunately there was also a rain shower head. You can hear the neighbors from upstairs and next to you.

Safe feeling. Gated car parking. It was clean and have everything you need in the kitchen. Picnic table outside. Hanging clothing rack outside. Privacy, you can’t see anything from the outside in because the windows and doors are tinted.

When i came there.. i must wait because there was nobody at the frontdesk. Then the prise was not oke what booking.com gave me.🥴😵‍💫😓the owner of the resort didn't now what for price booking.com give me. You must paid the 60$ of cleaning survice and 200$ borg.

They could have checked the stuff that was broken. Before we arrived. But when we called the fixed it inmmediatly, so no complaints

The owner waited for us to hand us the key, explain us where everything was. He was very friendly and had a lot of patience. He waited for our entire party to arrive patienly.

The entire apartment was dirty, we had to ask for toiletries and literally had to find someone on a Sunday to assist us as the office was closed. The furniture was old and termite infested. No foot mats in the bedroom or washroom area. The measured electricity was crazy because Curacao is very humid and once you use the AC the meter runs drastically so in order for us not to pay extra for electricity we did not use the AC for 2 nights out of our stay which was even more uncomfortable to rest. The value for our money was the worse, there are other places you can stay for the same price without all those restrictions. The balcony door lock did not work, the handle was old so it kept moving out of place, no proper curtains, part of the curtain rod was missing so we did not have full privacy in the living room area.

Location as it's right on the main road, however you can stay at other places which would still be very convenient. The pool was nice.

Be warned of this place. Even though in the rental agreement I was required to sign online it said that they only charge extra for electricity if it exceeds 40 kWh per day, on the day of arrival the host told us he would charge us extra if we exceed 10 kWh per day. Moreover, even though I had specifically informed that we are a family of 5 and the host had agreed to accommodate us, he decided he wants to charge us for my youngest child AFTER we had checked in. Not to mention the fact that we were greeted in the room by a booklet with "house rules" which informs tenants of the cost for each broken plate or cup. Kitchen utensils are of the cheapest kind and still the charge for breaking any plate would have been 10 USD. The host came to check and count all pottery and co. before giving us back the deposit. There are much nicer and way more welcoming options in the area for the same price category.

Very nice place, great location. The apartment looks like brand new, they keep everything to the highest level of cleaneliness !! Great for a few days or long term vacation. Highly recommend it !!

Locks did not work. Warm water only in shower, not sinks, including kitchen. CAN NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER in toilet (not told until arrival). Constant power outages (5). Charges extra for a/c if you go over a certain amount (not told until arrival). Had to move from 1st apartment because of water damage to electrical system. Drains backed up and flooded 2nd apartment. Owner makes light of everything. Most poorly managed place I have ever stayed. All fixtures are cheap/poor quality. Owner was unresponsive when it came time to get my cash deposit back. Road to Jan Thiel is horribly congested at all times of day. (30 mins to go 2 miles). Terrible location unless you plan to just stay put.

Apartment appeared clean. Furniture was comfortable.
