Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe apartment came with limited amount of electricity and the overage fee for using over the limit was not disclosed at the time of booking. Our host did explain the daily power meter upon our arrival and even though we greatly limited our A/C usage and did not use the washing machine or dishwasher, we still went slightly over each day. We didn't argue the fee - we were more frustrated not having full disclosure at booking. Unfortunately, there were no window/door screens or any inside ceiling fans or fans to utilize since the bugs were too bad to leave the windows open. The unit was older and the door was missing from the master shower, one of the toilets didn't flush well and the louvers didn't function correctly on one A/C unit.
Quiet on property, pool was clean and nice, lanai was accommodating, property grounds were well maintained and lush, relatively close to some amenities (restaurants/beaches), neighbor guests were friendly, gated community with easy parking, apartment was nicely furnished and clean.

GermanyWhen I asked if it was possible to check out later as our flight was only at 8 pm the owner agreed but made me pay an extra 15$. In my opinion (I own 5 apartments which I rent to tourists) it is a joke to ask for that money if you have nobody coming that day. Especially as we stayed 15 nights and paid more than 2000$. Plus cleaning 85$ and water and electricity. The least he could have done is let us stay a few extra hours . And we even paid the extras at the end, right before we left..
The apartment is very nice in a beautiful condominium. Melissa was super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it very much and had a relaxing time.

GermanyThe owner wrote in the 'important information': "Electricity fee of 9 USD will be applied if the guests consume above 15 Kw/day. Water fee of 9 USD will be applied if guests consume above 0.25 cm (cubic meters)/day." The electricity fee were already in the total price in the booking receipt. The managers have another guideline that said that 0,5 USD will be changed per each additional kw and 9 USD per each additional cubic meter of water. And they said that electricity fee in the payment is already for normal and not exceeding consumtion. After long arguments, they put the electricity fee away. There are probably so worried about electricity consumption as they have really bad isolation on windows. You cannot make self check in and check our because they check electricity and water consumption and you should arrange a meeting time with them. You don't have any soap, sponge/rag (they have a dishwasher but only one pan for example) or no even one plastic bag in the rubbish bin. Actually, the managers are nice and helpful and the apparement itself is nice. Thus, I would give 10 instead of 6, if it would be no strange rules and extra payments for water and electricity and I can at least make self check-out. And a bad surprise at the end: you have an exact parking slot, where you are allowed to park and it's under a tree. It was a strong rain on the last night of our visit. The car was full of small leaves / flowers in the morning. They went away with the next rain during our ride but there were yellow residues on the car. Because of this, the rental company charged us a lot for an extra polishing of the car.
Nice appartement with a nice view. There is a swimming pool and a small beach (no swimming is possible) on the territory. There is air condition in each bed room and in the living room. You have a dish washer and a washing machine in the apparement. The parking slot is next to the apparement.

CanadaUncomfortable Stay – Major Issues with Cleanliness and Amenities Unfortunately, this Airbnb was a huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the unit felt neglected and uncomfortable. The worst issue by far was the presence of bed bugs, which made the entire trip extremely stressful and left us feeling unsafe. On top of that, the coffee machine and toaster didn’t work, there was no soap in either bathroom, and the shower in one bathroom had no door or curtain. The second bathroom had a broken nozzle, making it nearly unusable. No paper towels were provided, and at one point, the power went out entirely. To top it all off, we were charged extra for power usage at checkout, which felt completely unfair given all the issues we experienced. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made. Overall a huge disappointment and I emailed the owner to notify them and give them an opportunity to make this right. I was ignored and no response from owner was relieved. Even more of a disappointment.

DenmarkWe booked the apartment six months prior our holiday. It was a booking that could not be cancelled. About a month before our holiday, we received an e-mail from the host, that we could cancel the booking for free if we wanted to. We wanted to keep the booking, se we did not respond to the email. Then about four days before travelling we were sent another email that we should get into contact with the host via WhatsApp to confirm check-in time. Which we then did. Not until the morning of travelling we got a text message back saying: "I'm sorry! I never saw or read your message. I should be ashamed🤦🏼♀️😔" -we did not think anything of it and just replied that we would see eachother this evening for check-in. Then we arrived at the gates and called the WhatsApp number. No one picked up. Then we called the number at the gates but they said they could not help. Then we got a text from the host saying that we had no booking, it was cancelled! There we were with a small child, no place to sleep and no one to help. Booking.com should not let this host be on their site. Later the host sent a mail via booking.com, claiming that they had cancelled to booking and it was my fault. Yet they fail to produce any such evidence.

It’s very well equipped, incredibly comfortable and there are many services. The AC was a life saver, but the best thing was the pool. It has an amazing view and it’s so quiet at all times

The house is very well located with a private beach on site. Very close to the Caracas bay beach and short distance to both Luna park supermarket and Van der Tweel supermarket as well. Clean and good quarters and staff was very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend for a stay of a few days or even longer.
