There wasn't anything we didn't like

The villa had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and looked after us well. There were foody apps we could use if we didn't feel like going out to eat which were very easy to use

The location was a bit out of the way and taxi drivers & delivery drivers found it difficult to find.

The property was beautiful. It is Modern & well looked after. An en suite bathroom in every bedroom as well as a separate toilet downstairs was a big bonus. The owner was so friendly & helpful. Disability friendly with ramps in and out of property was brilliant. Loved seeing & feeding the cats each day.

The most worthwhile proof in Ayia Napa the host is very nice and takes care of everything really made us feel comfortable we will definitely go back there again me and my family a very private place

It was a bit hard to find how to turn on the air conditioning and the pool table was too old to use.

The house was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn’t have a problem at cooking as the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The bedrooms were comfy and 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each bedroom was really a great luxury we don’t often get.

A manual would have been useful to explain how things work and about getting rid of rubbish etc. umbrellas around pool need replacing as rusty

We travelled as a family of 10 everything was perfect, very spacious and it was great each room has a bathroom. On arrival the property was very clean, pool attendant comes regularly to check the pool. Konnos Bay is beautiful but it is a steep walk back to villa you have to be fit. Host a as fantastic and come back very quickly with any questions we had.

the place is close to the beach (10 min walking), but the way to the beach is not the easiest one. something like 80 wooden stairs go down and on the way back up. for us, it wasn't an issue, but maybe for others, it will. also, the place has a laundry machine and dishwasher, but if you wish to use it, be aware you need to buy the pills by yourself.

3 out of 4 rooms have private bathrooms, the pool and the jacuzzi were amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and the location is a quiet area that's very close to many restaurants by walking distance or 10 min drive. the way to the beach was not far and not that difficult. we will definitely come again.

The outside area was untidy upon arrival ( previous residents belongs left behind , t-shirt & shoes) and cigarette on table, few issues with the pool being dirty but that’s from an outside company not doing what contracted to do and the owners did everything they could to rectify the situation.

The inside of the villa was spotless and well equipment The owner replied very quickly to any problems raised, was really helpful & acted on them as quick as possible

Our recent stay at Konnos Hight Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa provided top-notch facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a refreshing private swimming pool. Its prime location was the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience, just a 10-minute walk from Kannos Beach and a short 10-minute drive to the city centre. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of our hosts. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel right at home and elevated our stay. Beautiful villa with everything you need for your staying. It was very clean. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. You have nearby a supermarket for shopping. The konnos beach is very beautiful and it's within walking distance from the villa. The host was very nice and answered all the questions we had very quickly.

The villa was spacious had everything a family would need . The beach nearby was beautiful. Also the restaurant Raviolis around the corner was very nice . We hired a car and the location was fantastic central to a lot of places with a car . The host very helpful and replied back very quickly to any questions .

The villa is very very ok. The area is quiet. Very close to the beach. very close to Ayia Napa, where you have something to do 🎉. The swimming pool is super 👍. Properly maintained and cleaned/treated. So is the jacuzzi 👏. We were 10 people and we have nothing to complain about either the villa or the host. Very clean villa. By the way, the host of grade 10 🎉👏. I will definitely come back again!!! And another very cool thing - Cyclops Cave is very close. You can walk directly from the villa.

It looks exactly like shown on the pictures! very clean and super nice outdoor area as well as very comfortable beds! the pool is very clean and we used the grill outside as well, it was amazing! there is a little supermarket 3 min walk from the villa, if you have a car you can reach many supermarkets and restaurants easily! the check in was also easy and not complicated at all! all in all, we LOVED the villa!!
