at night it was very noisy from the restuarants near.

the host was really helpful and came round when we needed. it was a lovely villa in a stunning area it was very close to shops, supermarkets. it was also very near to the bus stop making it very easy to bus it was very close to the BEAUTIFUL coral bay beach which had fun water sports. the pool guy came round every day ensuring we should have a clean fresh swim it was also very close to tourist information which has transfers to lots of trips

Beds were uncomfortable. Worth having a room as a twin bed rather than double. Original photo implied 2 separate mattresses in 1 room.  No extra bedding available in property - however was provided quickly when requested TV didn't work We were a group of 6 adults, outdoors there were only 4 sun beds and 4 outdoor chairs around the table. Villa next door - am assuming it's owned by someone, very neglected and overgrown. 

Flexibility and responsive with booking - very appreciated when our plans changed. Plenty of towels, also good sizes. Good ratio of shower rooms to bedrooms. Location - great, short walk to beach and the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bus stop. No problems with parking. Good kitchen facilities.

Being January some of our favourite restaurants were closed. This was the only thing we didn't like but what can you expect in the closed season. Still plenty of other places if you explore.

The villa is easy to find & in a great location for Bars, shops, restaurants & getting around is easy. Great bus services are available to phaphos. Our villa was clean, spacious and was stocked with a lot of essentials that you don't normally get. The pool was very well maintained and looked inviting but not for me in January. Our host Christian is easy to contact and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The area is quite dark and could do with more lighting outside. A lockable gate would be better as our daughter was able to undo it and get out. The pool was cold and could do with heating for winter but we knew this when booking. Could do with a safe to store belongings inside

We loved the villa, it was comfortable and spacious with a nice outside area. It was close to all amenities, shops, resturants and bars ect. The villa is great value for money and we would definately return

Unfortunately the proximity to the strip, whilst making it quick to get out for dinner etc, it was very noisy at nighttime. We could hear noise and loud music up until 2am most nights from the bars, karaoke etc. The road the villa is on appears unfinished, lots of rubble and dust and the villa next to it on the corner is run down and abandoned which just makes the feel of the property not as nice. A shame really as the villa itself is nice. The only other gripe we had was the air conditioning units being on timers, it meant we woke up when they switched off. They are also very noisy (upstairs only) and I couldn't keep them on all night in the room my children were in.

The pool was lovely, very clean and well maintained. The highlight of the villa is definitely the pool! The villa is spacious downstairs and has 3 double bedrooms upstairs and the beds were comfortable. Christian the host was very responsive on WhatsApp to any queries we had whilst we were there. Very close to the strip and a 10 mins walk to the beach.

We weren't a fan of the amount of cats that were trying to get into the villa as our son is very allergic.

Nothing we didn't like but would have been helpful to have all of the lights working (for example, lights in the stairwell were out).

Very responsive communication with staff who provided anything we needed promptly. Very clean and comfortable villa. Not as close to sea as we thought, but still a good location with some sea views and near restaurants and walking distance to good public beach.

Beds were uncomfortable, a lot of noise at night from the Japanese restaurant behind, BBQ needs replacing, road at the front of the villa isnt tarmacked, TV screen had pixel damage, the villa next door had 2 parties within the 7 nights we stayed (1 went on til 5am), the other villa next door is derelict.

Location, price and size of the villa was perfect for us. Shower in the en suite was good. Lots of towels, free WiFi, clean throughout.

Nothing it was excellent

This villa is exactly as described in the pictures. It’s very well maintained and the pool was cleaned every 3 days. We stayed here as a family of 5 for 14 nights and absolutely loved everything about it. It’s right on the strip so very close to restaurants and cocktail bars. With some fantastic entertainment. Mainly we loved the tipsy martini bar the entertainment in this place was amazing. It’s a 5 minute walk to a massive supermarket Phillipos. They stock absolutely everything you would get back at home,so we went a nice walk in the morning to get fresh rolls and breakfast items. Other days we went to some of the local restaurants that are also fairly priced. We made use of the gas barbecue some evenings and just made for a nice relaxing time sitting by the pool watching the sun go down.

The villa next door was in a very bad state and overrun by stray cats. The road at the front of the villa was used some of the time as a builders yard! The rear of the property overlooked the rubbish bins which were collected noisily in the early hours. The person sleeping at the back was disturbed by this. Although a 3-bedroom property, there were only 4 cereal bowls. Not really equipped for potentially 6 guests, There was only one kitchen towel - we bought another one and left it there for future guests. Kitchen knives were not very sharp. The bathrooms were very small and not helped by having no shelves on which to put washbags etc, or hooks on which to hang clothes. The shared bathroom had a shower curtain which didn't reach the top of the bath! We could only use wifi remote controller, the TV remote didn't work. The villa could just do with someone thinking about what guests need when they stay there. Just little things to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The villa was in a good location, near to shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Doors out to the balcony, which was nice. Plenty of wardrobe space (but not enough coathangers). Lounge and dining area very nice. Free wifi. Kitchen well-equipped, particuarly with the larger electrical items like the washing machine etc. Pool looked nice but weather was too cool to try when we were there. The shower in the en suite was very good. The agent was very helpful and, although we didn't actually meet him, he was able to answer our questions using WhatsApp.

The "road" outside of the property is a bit rough, ie not tarmaced, just rough stones and we did get someone on a quad bike riding up and down quite a bit - just unfortunate that we were there the same time as someone who disregarded the peace and quiet of the other residents of the street. Occasionally we could hear some of the noise from the bars on the Coral Bay strip at night - because it is so conveniently close - but this always went quiet by 11-30/12 and it was only really noticeable at the bedroom at the rear of the home.

Great location, a minute or so walk to the main drag at Coral Bay for all the bars and restaurants and a few minutes drive to the beaches. 20 plus minutes drive into Paphos central. 3 good size bedrooms all with A/C and 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs cloakroom. Washing machine and dishwasher plus the other usual kitchen appliances. Christian (The landlord) was always helpful and made himself available to us with any questions.

Arrived to find gardening rubbish everywhere! Witnessed 4 vehicles arriving to fly tip opposite the gates. Felt unsafe for lots of reasons. TV buffered a lot so it was easier to watch the olympics in a bar a lot of the time! Apartment needed a few DIY jobs! Had a few workers there first couple of days as we had complaints!

The pool was nice, small but fine for the two of us. Air conditioning was good and needed as it was very hot

The villa was large and spacious both inside and out, it had a very clean inviting pool, a double balcony, a rear garden and a fantastic roof terrace. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped The showers were powerful and hot water plentiful. Communication with the owner was second to none. Very very very happy and would 100% stay again if in the area.
