Third time visiting. Still feels like home away from home. As always, spot clean and organized house and with a warmth that can not be explained unless you experience it. Short distance to actually almost anything you will need - grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and not far away from the beach. A gem in the area.

A tasteful and clean semi-detached cottage ideally located very close to the sea and the main road, yet in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay as a family of four and made use of the complete place, the beautiful outside area as well as the cozy living room the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. The house is very well equipped with everything necessary to your daily needs (dishwasher, laundry, oven, microwave, etc). We are already considering booking for next year.

Where to start? First of all it's like living in a beautiful gallery of art, everything is stunning from tableware, glassware, lanterns to lamps and tables. You will find everything you need in the property as it's perfectly equipped, it far exceeded our expectations. There were water and juice waiting in the fridge and some crackers, butter and jam prepared as we entered the apartment - which was soooo nice after long journey and made us feel very welcomed. There is an air-con in every room and comfortable dining area next to the patio. The owner of the property is very responding, nice person and he stayed in touch with us all the time. Oh, and the view from the balcony... About the area: there's walking distance (20-25 min) to Latchi beaches and restaurants and to the nearest small supermarket in Polis (about 10 min). Also we had no problems with parking our car, there was always space. I would love to come back:))))

There was nothing we did not enjoy regarding the property, host , or the overall experience.

Akamas Sunset Apartment was a delight to stay at. The property is spacious with all of the amenities you require for a short - or longer- stay. It feels like a home from home, very comfortable and the decor is fabulous - as described Boho chic! There are 3 outdoor private areas connected to the apartment which provided plenty of options for outdoor seating. Host Marios provided excellent communication and clear instructions, which made checking in, and out, effortless! If you know this location, you will know it is a quiet area, slightly remote and requires a bit of walking, a car or taxi to get around. We look forward to hopefully returning to the Akamas Sunset Apartment in the future.

Quiet and calm area, very good equipped kitchen. Near to beach and some restaurants. Didn’t met the host, but very friendly and helpful. Style and interior of the apartment was beautiful.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was very cosy and had everything we could have wanted. The location was also great, very quiet and close to Akamas National Park and the sea. Each room had aircon/heating. We really loved the garden area and breakfasts in the sun there! If we ever visit Cyprus again, we would definitely stay in this apartment again!

The property is in a quiet area and while the supermarket is well stocked, the local eating options are limited. That said, the nearest taverna (20mins) suited us perfectly.

Our family of four had a relaxing vacation, mostly because of this place. The owner is very helpful and attentive to any request. Will definitely return back !

There was trouble with cold water upon our arrival, we couldn't really take a shower for 2 days. But I must say the host reacted really quickly and resolved it. Also, there were some insects, but I think it's expected for the area...

The place is very cozy, decorated, and well-equipped. Everything is as in the pictures. Really nice area around and a clean pool. The yard is just made for warm and cozy evenings. We loved it.

Nothing could have been better.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this stunningly beautiful apartment. I have travelled quite extensively and have stayed in many apartments/hotels in the main part located via booking.com. I have to say without doubt that this is the most beautiful apartment I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The decor and furnishings are utterly luxurious and beautiful. I felt like I had stepped into an amazing pad which would not look out of place featured in a top notch interior design publication. Just stunning ! The location is great. A nice walk to Latchi, the nearby harbour for food and people watching/water sports. Also a short distance from the nearby town, Polis. We found the apartment easily and the lovely lady who was managing the property guided us in and was always quick to respond to any queries we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the Latchi/Polis area. I fell in love with the place and without doubt will be booking a return visit very soon. I honestly cannot wait to enjoy Akamas Boho Chic Apartment II again ! What a treat !

The location is perfect, the house cozy with a small garden and very nicely styled. Perfect for adults but maybe not so much with kids as there are a lot of ornaments. The house was well equipped, kitchen new and beds comfortable. The host, Maria, was exceptional, very welcoming and very helpful.

Nothing…we joked that we wanted to move in.

Everything! We loved the outdoor patio, the sunroom that served as a dining room, the layout. It was so nicely decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It felt like home.
