Dishes weren't cleaned very well , the non-stick pan has to be changed urgently as it is filled with huge scratches, you cannot cook with this pan.This is problematic. The AC in the room wasn't new or big , but it worked well for the bedroom. However there was no AC in the second space with the couches + kitchen. It would be smarter to add a second ac in this area or a fan as we had to set the AC at a very low temperature in the room to feel it in the kitchen/living room space. The water pressure was very bad. I live in Cyprus and I am used to low water pressure.We told the front desk and they reacted saying they'd do something but since we stayed 1 night we won't know if they actually will. The kitchen tap also had a problem where the water was always super hot.

The location is excellent, very close to the harbour. The hotel apartment is very spacious. The sofa in the living room /kitchen area that becomes a bed is comfortable, it's the same thing as a normal bed ( however for me there was only an AC unit in the bedroom with the bed ). The pool area is chill. We managed to park inside the hotel , there are not many parking spots but since there's free parking outside too so it's not a problem.

Pillows were a bit stiff, as was the bed but, honestly, it was fine!

Nice sized, spacious room, extra amenities including toaster, kettle and convention oven as well as a sink and a fridge/freezer. Bathroom was good including good shower pressure. Nice little balcony with a small clothes airer. Aircon worked a treat! Nice little pub downstairs too showing sport!

The only thing that I found a bit dirty, was the oven tray. Apart from that. Be careful when you book, this property. In the small writing; they mentioned, that you have to pay six euros per day, to use the air condition. No towels provide for the pool and no tea towels, provided.

The Staff is fantastic, specially Anna, the reception russian lady. She is professional, efficient, helpful, polite and very friendly. A pleasure to arrived in a property were , at reception, you are welcome with respect and a friendly smile. Thank you very much. The restaurant get busy in the evening. The food and service very good and most important the kitchen is very clean. The pool is medium side, it's service every morning. My apartment was an excellent size. Many windows.

As people mentioned, it is on top of a bar and there is singing late at night so I slept with earplugs. Aside for towels and some kitchen utensils, you need to bring everything else - hand soap, dish soap, sponge, toiletries. The AC costs extra, cash only, - it's written in the listing but some people miss it so they remind you when you book.

This place was conveniently available when I got unexpectedly stuck in Paphos for a few days. The room was decent, clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with anything I needed. Walking distance to the supermarket and the beach, and close to the area I needed to be in. Helpful to have mini-fridge and ability to cook.

Perfect location, very close to all places we wanted to visit. Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful, especially Anna was lovely. We had some issues with a hot water and she managed to sort out everything promptly. Bar/restaurant downstairs offers amazing entertainment. Overall it was good value for money.

Excellent location, you can easily walk to the seafront and to the main archaeological/religious areas in Kato Paphos. The room was completely clean and well equipped for a short stay.

We had a very noisy extractor fan in our bathroom and as the shower was quite small with a curtain it made showering not the easiest.

The swimming pool area is quite run down and needs some updating The beds are not as comfortable as they could be so suggest some money is spent upgrading the mattresses.

Kitchen equipment looked old- kettle was very small, not too many dishes to make some food. The microwave-oven-stove looked weird. The bed covers, pillows and blanket had some stains- not really comfortable to use them... It was a bit difficult to find the apartment- not very well signed.

Very well location, in the center, close to the promenade. Apartment was clean, nice, refurbished bathroom. Towels were available. The hair dryer & iron were available at the reception. No problem to get it. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice as well. Delicious breakfest in the bar.
