GermanyThe sea near the hotel is not the best, but the hotel has convenient parking and it's easy to reach the Venus Beach which is very good and just 10 minutes away. I would suggest to remove the sign that the mini bar can only be used for the hotel items, people can put there wine and their own drinks. :)
High level of service, generally good infrastructure, sauna, spacious outdoor pool, good food and fruits. Parking has enough space.

Everything was brilliant! The ideal property to relax and enjoy every moment. A daily schedule is set up for residents and you may participate in any you wish, your day is guaranteed full. The personnel is very kind and willing to serve you. Anything you might want to share for improvement you can visit the customer service at place. In general the facility is very organised and everything is on schedule . The operations are running smoothly and discreetly without disturbances. In two words, Just Amazing.

The personnel was polite, the hotel was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was excellent, the facilities were good including the gym and swimming pool.

United StatesNot the hotels fault but the guests across the hall were coming in and out during late hours of the night, slamming their door quite often. Very difficult to fall asleep. Suggestion: add slow door mechanisms to the doors so they don't slam shut.

FranceProblems with the running machines at the gym
Very good hotel! We stayed for 3 nights during our road trip in Cyprus and we weren’t disappointed. When you arrive (if you have your own car or rental car), be careful because the gate to the parking lot isn’t very clear and we were expecting a big sign with the name of the hotel but there isn’t one, so follow your GPS and drive slowly not to miss it. We would like to thank the receptionist and the staff at the buffet who let us have dinner on our arrival date, because dinner is open until 21:30 and we arrived at exactly that time due to a flight delay. The location is great. You have the inside and outside pools and a small but pleasant beach in front of the hotel, and you can walk along the coastline to the city centre or to other hotels. We went to the Archeological site on foot from the hotel and it’s a very easy and beautiful walk. Sparking of the outside pool, remember to first go to the kiosk (no one explained us this), because you just can’t take any sunbed that looks to be free upon arrival. There’s a booking system, which is ok in one way, as you can be sure to get your sunbed available, but at the same time you can’t easily switch places if you need for example to find shade elsewhere. We saw several sunbeds that looked free and we couldn’t use them. I would honestly change this system. Also, one thing to be aware, as it can be dangerous: the two running machines at the gym were malfunctioning. The buttons (only through a touchscreen) didn’t respond and I couldn’t slow down during my run. I tried to dry my fingers and the screen from the sweat, but it happened several times on both machines and I had to hit the emergency stop button which stops abruptly the machine. Maybe it was an isolated incident, because the following day I tried again and it worked fine, but something to be aware of and do the proper maintenance. Apart from these hiccups, everything was excellent.

Hotel staff are at the top of their game - efficient, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. Our room was upgraded to a cabana, which provided a beautiful view and dedicated lounges. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and extremely clean. The pools are gorgeous, restaurants excellent, and amenities plentiful. I also appreciated their dedicated app for guest services such as housekeeping, ordering room service (directly to your lounge chair), and other items. Truly a four star experience.

United KingdomIt wasn’t a dislike but it’s clear the facilities are of some age and it’s hard for the hotel to cover this completely - some towels were a little threadbare one day, for example, but they were clearly noticed at room change and swapped out, showing the attention to detail from the staff. It’s clear lots of people go back and back to this hotel and it is easy to see why - it’s comfortable and you feel at home, so this makes up for the genteelly elderly building the staff are working with.
Impeccably kept hotel which is a little aged around the edges - the staff efforts more than made up for little things with the hotel’s infrastructure which cannot be helped but you can see show it is aging a little. Nothing was too much for any staff member. They made the visit, as did the canny booking system for sun beds which was excellent.

What a fabulous hotel. I loved everything about it. Staff is lovely and attentif. Pool is perfection, side pool for adults is cream of the cream, there are more then enough sunbeds and umbrellas everywhere. Breakfast is very rich, as well as buffet lunch. Beach is just there if you want it. Hotel is walking distance to the harbour area with numerous shops and restaurants. Bus stop for old paphos and tombs of the kings 20m from the entrance of the hotel. I would return in a heartbeat.
