The lady checking us in and out was so so helpful, we turned up a little early for check-in exhausted, and she managed to find us a room early to accommodate us, she was very kind and friendly. The balcony was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of wine. Comfy bed also.

The bed sheets were stained, probably with blood. In the restaurant zone the cutlery was sticky, as well as the salt and pepper shakers. The glasses and coffee mugs, as well as the plates were stained and not very well cleaned. Lack of coffee included in breakfast... At least black coffee should be offered for breakfast given that the breakfast is included in the price of the room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably from the plumbing, but that's most likely a country-wide issue.

The bed was great, we slept amazing, the breakfast was ok - limited selection, however it was tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned almost every day, apart from our last one when we noticed that there were clean towels in the room, but the sheets were not changed, and the floor was dirty. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they were nice enough to make small adjustments to our breakfast, to accommodate our preferences.

The shower tray wasn't clean and there was grime and mould around the corners. The lady at reception, Weronika, who was on the night shift, did not seem too bothered about the hotel's clients. The aircon wasn't working for 1 night, and I had to really ask her to find a solution, instead of her taking the initiative. She was rarely behind the reception desk in the evening, leaving a note, 'Will be back in 20 minutes', and would never greet people coming in. One night we were out having dinner near the hotel, and we saw her walking past. When we checked in, she did not ask for our IDs. On our final day, we left our luggage at reception as our flight was in the evening, and it was left on the side of reception, instead of being locked away in a secure room, which isn't OK.

Value for money hotel with a great breakfast. The lady at reception, who was present during the day, the hotel manager, and the cafe staff were all lovely and very helpful.

No Refrigerator in the room because it was as reception said. For a boutique called hotel, they should either change the room or provide another unit. Note that refrigerator is mentioned in Booking.com. Breakfast, except instant coffee, Espresso and any other coffee eg Cyprus coffee is charged. Variety of the breakfast is limited, acceptable if you stay a couple of days max. Fianlly Booking. com support never responded to my details, this is constant issue, and they must start showing some care to their customer sometime.

There were some initial problems with my reservation and confusion over which room I was supposed to be in. But this was resolved relatively quickly.

The breakfast wasn’t great - you have to pay extra for coffee. The room is quite small and the view from room isn’t great.

The towels were dirty and torn, the bed sheet was stained and looked like it hadn't been washed. The balcony was dirty, they probably didn't have time to clean it. The cups were old and a bit unwashed.

The breakfast was good and big. The location is excellent closer to the sea The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

One thing that surprised me a lot, even shocked me, was the lack of coffee for breakfast. Guests were provided with sachets of poor quality instant coffee. I asked the host for real coffee from the coffee machine for my breakfast. I received coffee without a problem on the second and third day of my stay (the coffee machine was broken on the first day). On the last day, the host was not there and the British lady serving the guests demanded around 3.5 euros for a coffee, which is higher price than in most cafes in Larnaca. I have been traveling for 35 years and I have never come across a hotel where I have booked accommodation with breakfast charging for coffee with breakfast. In a Mediterranean country, this is even more unthinkable - shameful and an unnecessary disappointment.

The only flaw I could find was the hair dryer. It was of poor quality and kept disconnecting.

Great hotel in ideal location close to the old part of Larnaca. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was better than most with a good choice and cooked perfectly. Would definitely return.
