    Our overall Amavi experience was impeccable. Poolside experience was amazing, could hang out there all day long. Dinner and breakfast buffet checked all the boxes and finally, service was up to par with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Would most definitely recommend.

    Everything is precise, meticulous and perfect, the staff is wow, the food and the chef are excellent, it's no fair I'm a loyal customer, this is our fourth time in five years.

    - Staff were excellent. The service was very on point. - The pools and garden were beautiful. -The location was good - it has direct beach access and a path to walk along the coast. -The bed, pillows and cabana room with pool were excellent very comfortable and clean. -The hotel is not too big so fast access to rooms from communal areas wherever you are. -The fact that there is a pool kiosk where you can book your own choice of sunbeds for the whole stay was a phenomenal plus for me. No stress of needing to rush to your sunbeds. They provide unlimited freezing cold water too not just by pool but to your rooms as well. -The hotel and guests were all very civilized and quiet - no loud drunk rowdy tourists which was great. Everyone was reading a book and minding their own business. -The mocktail selection was impressive since I couldn’t drink on this holiday due to pregnancy

    We were paying around €750 a night for a cabana room with private pool and full board. (Half board wouldve been only 80 euros less) For that price and for a 5 star rated hotel we expected the following: - A porter outside the hotel to help with luggage. Instead after seeing no one was there to greet or guide us we parked the car first and carried our own bags in cos we weren’t sure if there were any porters. - Shampoo and conditioner from an actual hair product manufacturer because what was provided in the room was below zero standard. Terrible. - Pest control for cockroaches. There were 2 roaches we saw in different places at different times in 2 days. - Better food at Italian night. Pasta dishes were below mediocre same with the buffet. The prawns were all black inside. Generally the food was mediocre for a 5 star hotel full board package. - A better smoking policy. Smokers are given 1 tiny space by pool kiosk with 2 chairs and an umbrella to smoke. No fan and too hot. The other designated smoking areas by the grass had no shade whatsoever. This killed the mood for my husband and it felt like he was being punished every time he went for a smoke. Please improve your smoking policy. It was disappointing also for any smokers that my husband also spoke to. - Housekeeping for mini bar check knocking on pur door at 8.30am - totally unacceptable and unnecessary. - When we did complain to the receptionist about the smoking policy all she said was I will pass this on to the manager.. No small act of kindness like “we are sorry, here enjoy a ___ on us for this inconvenience.” Some compassionate gesture wouldn’t cost the hotel anything. A typical 5 star rated hotel would definitely do something of that sort.

    It was nice and quiet. As adult only hotel you could relax in front of a swimming pool, with nice view of the sea. Most of the hotel was nice.Restaurant staff was also extremely nice and attentive to our every needs.

    Our room had some mold around the pool area and at the bath also. Did not expect this from such a high quality hotel. We also wished we could have been properly notified about prebooking a la carte restaurants as we only were able to attend one as others were fully booked for our duration of the trip.

    Great staff very friendly, we had half board both breajfast and dinner were very good. The pool team and bar were excellent. We also had a massage in the spa that was great! My girl friend has long neck they even have pillow menu for extra comfortable pillows! Definitely will come back!

    On our 1st day we arrived in the evening, so we arrived to the main dining room at a relatively late hour (9pm), and several of the buffet dishes seemed missing or not warm enough.

    The staff were incredibly professional and kind. My wife has several food allergies, and they handled it with exceptional care — the chef personally met with us before every meal to explain the dishes and even prepared custom meals brought directly from the kitchen. We rarely come across such attentiveness. The food was excellent across the board. I also really enjoyed the facilities — the pool and gym were clean, modern, and well-equipped. On top of that, the hotel offered great activities like wine tastings, which added an extra touch to the stay.

    The location is superb, the beach is just over the small promenade. The hotel has also two outdoor pools. Excellent service regarding sunbeds - once you have been allocated a sunbed, it is yours for the entire stay and thus helps to avoid the unnecessary "reservation" with towels before 8 or 9am as is in other hotels. Thanks also to Marina who was super nice and helpful at the pool service. The food is good, every night there was a different theme. The rooms are spacious and filled with all the amenities needed, including iron, fan, hygene products, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides bottled water every day for the room, which is very much appreciated! All in all - a very nice stay!

    The staff visits your room couple of times a day for different services thus you can't get too relaxed since you might need to open the door at odd times, e.g. 8:30 am or 8:30 pm. The blanket was very thick for the climate.
