Since it is an hotel near the beach, we just needed a tiny clothes rack to hang our swimming suits and towels after the beach days, it can simply fit on a wall on the balcony (just suggesting)

The building itself is quite old with very small elevator (BTW, the TÜV label showed that it needs inspection since April 2025). Rooms deserve a bit of face-lifting if not renovation. I would have loved to get a coffee from the Espresso machine (classic) they have in the breakfast area but it seems that it is out of service and only for decoration. In the other side of the room there is an automatic machine for coffee with various selections which gives a decent coffee.

Very central and super close to the most popular beach of the city. Breakfast with high quality ingredients. Each room has its own A/C unit which is very needed in hot summer days. Staff are very king and always there to help

The room was not too big and smelled of tobacco ( very annoying for those who don’t smoke). The view not too pretty ( my room was facing some buildings, but I could glimpsed the sea between the blocks).

The bathroom was nice, although it was a bit small, but very well equipped. It is near the beach and you have plenty of options when it comes to food.

I booked this hotel specifically because it said parking was available. I messaged separately to book parking. We arrived late at night and parking was not available, we were then sent to a car park that we had to pay 30 Euros to park. We drove around for ages as the car park entrance had been demolished. We eventually drove in via the exit and did not require the 30 Euros parking card! It was a really stressful start to our holiday. This was late at night, in total darkness and there were times we didn’t feel safe.

Noise noise noise. In all 4 days there i was woken up around 5 from the noise of the street (garbage pick up) the noise sounds like war. The hand wash soap is mixed with water before they refill the bottles.. They didnt have extra pillows when we requested (they had only 1 small pillow in one of the rooms, when we requested they said they dont have. So we slept on piles of towels

The location is amazing. The breakfast. The friendly staff, especially one of the cooks who prepares breakfast (a woman) she was so smiley and so friendly , i noticed her smiling and greeting guests in such a sweet way (she impressed me with her kindness). The hotel is clean , beds comfortable.. strong wifi

A not too nice smell was often present on the ground floor near the elevator. Maybe from the bathrooms? Closing the doors might help.

Bathroom was was tired with some long term orange in the shower and peeling silicone. The TV wasn't plugged in and the socket was behind a glass panel making it impossible to plug in but I had extention lead in my case so we could fix it ourselves.

It was a good nice size room with a comfy bed. Great value for a short stay.

The view of the room was too bad , there was no bathrobe as shown in the pictures !! When we asked about it the lady in the reception , she said different company bought the hotel in a strange way , not kind at all !!! Specially we made the reservation couple of days before our arrive

Everything was great, the staff super helpful, the breakfast was delicious. 200 m from Finikoudes beach and all restaurants and night I booked for a wedding, they were very helpful before arriving with the flower delivery & cake and where to enjoying nice wedding dinner. We booked several rooms cz we were 10 people. I will be definitely will be booking again
