Room cleaning was awful. We had to complain on the reception about towels and only after they were changed.

The pool is amazing. Natalie, the receptionist, is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food is good.

Not much information on events or entertainment, where to go etc as it’s a big complex of different hotels/apartments, having said that we found the night Entertainment short but good.

We move to takkoss hotel but it is part of all Anastasia hotels. Elavetors are old and noisy.

Dated .put in a different hotel to what was booked .food was repeated. Noise from flushing toilets all night .. and no one could make a decent drink ...

We didn’t stay there

We booked to stay at The Anastasia Splash Residences, because my son, daughter in law & 4 grandchildren were staying there. On arrival at the reception we were told we were at the wrong hotel. We were redirected to a nearby hotel (Tsokkos Gardens). After walking round there with 5 suitcases in 35 degree heat, we were then told that we were actually staying in the property next door (Tsokkos Garden Apartments). We were very upset at not being in the property we had booked & felt booking.com are selling holidays incorrectly!

Very loud music until 3 am . The patio chairs in our room were filthy which I find really funny as a 4 star hotel I’m sure they can replace 2 plastic chairs . The kids were sleeping on sofas . For an all inclusive we had a lot of limitations and we ended up paying more money there

Friendly staff , clean rooms . We loved the water park even though it was dirty with broken chairs . Lifeguards were excellent

The water Park is not part of this hotel! It is a seprate faciliy that is owned by another hotel. The image is miss leading

The return on Investments was good, a lot of food, mid quality. Unlimitted Free alcohol Nice pool, 4th raw of buildings from the Sea, so its a few minutes walk

I spilt some tea in my room and it was still there by the end of the 8th day (could have done it myself but was trying to prove a point) , cleaning was very poor. Staff utterly.miserable as well. No smile, no charm, they clearly didn't want to be there and came off imcredibly rude (reception staff nice, dining and bar staff dreadful).

Location was good. Food average but.nice to do all inclusive. Water park ideal. Beach was lovely.

Cleanliness is not really good, and the hotel needs some renovations.

We actually stayed at the Anastasia Beach Hotel, got a room upgrade, a whole suite just for us. Food is good, the breakfast is always the same, but we found something to eat everyday. Overall, this hotel is really family friendly, kids are enjoying their time at the pools and the waterpark. We would definetely come back.

Outside the apartment we were staying there is a karaoke bar open til late and the noise is very loud, not really the hotels fault though.

Apartment was clean, waterpark had enough sun beds and inflatable rings even when busy. Food was nice.

The bathroom was not very clean and my husband from the first day first hour go to swimming pool and cut his finger because some metal was inside the swimming pool .
