Cleaning staff was very bad

Water part is wonderful. Food is basic. Sea beach is good

Room cleaning was awful. We had to complain on the reception about towels and only after they were changed.

Great all-inclusive stay. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, lunch was decent. Rooms were spacious, very clean, with friendly housekeeping staff. We booked early, so the price was an amazing value. The beach is just steps away, overall impression excellent. Pools looked a bit cloudy, the only downside. Overall, superb experience

I asked several times to send invoice for my stay but they ignore it.

The waterpark was great value especially for travelling with kids, excellent location, very nice rooms and comfortable large bed. My kids really loved out time there. The food was great, very large variety buffet.

The camper beds for the kids weren't very comfortable but that was the only very minimal negative thing about the place

Upon arrival, we were unable to check in promptly as there was no one at the reception desk. A sign stated “Back in 5 minutes,” yet we waited over 40 minutes with no staff in sight and no response via the contact number provided. Throughout our stay, it was unclear which hotel facilities were available to us and which were not. This lack of communication made it difficult to properly enjoy the amenities advertised. The lift was particularly concerning the doors were not automatic and nearly closed on us several times. Additionally, the floor numbers displayed inside the lifts were incorrectly labeled, causing confusion. Communication with staff was extremely difficult, as most did not speak even basic English. We were unable to get simple information such as where the restaurant or entertainment activities were being held. The restaurant itself was unpleasant the air smelled strongly of vomit and the overall cleanliness was poor. Glassware was cloudy, scratched, and did not appear properly washed. In our room, the mini fridge contained several long hairs, raising hygiene concerns. The hotel advertised a darts club activity, but when we showed up to attend, the dartboard was lying on the floor and two staff members simply told us there would be no darts that day, without explanation. During an evening of entertainment, the only drink option available at the bar was Carlsberg, which was extremely disappointing. Although pool towels were supposed to be available from 10am to 6pm, the towel attendant was often absent. On one occasion, we waited up to 40 minutes just to get a towel.

Water park, free and unlimited alcohol and drinks, perfect beach near by.

Food in dining room was disappointing, hotel isn't so clean.

The pool is amazing. Natalie, the receptionist, is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food is good.

The waterpark, the food, the appartment, the location. They were very good.:)

The apartments is not close or nothing to anastasia hotel is next to tahoss or something like this, you eat on thassos hotel and the staf very rough and unfortunately unfriendly, but now how to say maybe for different people will be ok, me never i will not book this, don't believe is part from anastasia hotel,anyway for me was not so nice this experience with them..

Not much information on events or entertainment, where to go etc as it’s a big complex of different hotels/apartments, having said that we found the night Entertainment short but good.

We had a great time. Great hotel, great location and food, nice staff, would recommend to anyone.

staff is very friendly, I was with half boarding and all the meals are delicious and various. the aquapark is excellent for all aged children

Great cleaning every day

We move to takkoss hotel but it is part of all Anastasia hotels. Elavetors are old and noisy.

Comfortable beds

I booked all.inclusive but couldn't use the bar where was the aqua park. Aqua park was disgusting, super old and dirty. Food quality was very low and cheap

The location was OK. Pool nice . Near beach

Dated .put in a different hotel to what was booked .food was repeated. Noise from flushing toilets all night .. and no one could make a decent drink ...

We booked to stay at The Anastasia Splash Residences, because my son, daughter in law & 4 grandchildren were staying there. On arrival at the reception we were told we were at the wrong hotel. We were redirected to a nearby hotel (Tsokkos Gardens). After walking round there with 5 suitcases in 35 degree heat, we were then told that we were actually staying in the property next door (Tsokkos Garden Apartments). We were very upset at not being in the property we had booked & felt booking.com are selling holidays incorrectly!
