There were a few areas that could be improved. Some of the restaurant staff were unfortunately quite moody and not very polite, which affected the atmosphere. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty, and although the rooms were clean, the bedsheets were stained. The third bed provided was an old camp bed and very uncomfortable, so our child couldn’t sleep on it. The valance on the beds was just a sheet and was extremely dirty. The pool area also needed more care, as the grass often had litter and other things lying around. Finally, we paid extra for a sea view room because two identical rooms weren’t available at booking, but both turned out to be only side sea view. In the end, we felt the additional charge was unnecessary. Overall, the stay was decent and the hotel has potential, but with some improvements in cleanliness, attention to detail, and staff training, it could be much better

We recently stayed at this hotel. The facilities were good, and the free entrance to the waterpark was a great bonus. The food was enjoyable, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. Some of the restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were tidy and generally clean.

Very very unclean! Cleaning staff were terrible! When complain about cleaning, they were shouting!

Maids are really lazy. They don't clean well even in the room. One bucket of water for many rooms . Let the administration pay attention to clean carpets between floors at list once per day. Our cleaning lady washed the washbasin in the bathroom once in 5 days and never gave shower gel, shampoo, new coffee, tea. We approached another lady ourselves and took the necessary things. But again, it didn't spoil our vacation in any way.

After reading the reviews, we were afraid it would be worse. Hotel is very nice inside. Beds are very comfortable. Food is Ok. Fresh fruits, vegetables, different kind of meat, etc…Bad comments are probably written by those who want a luxury hotel, but for the same money. Yes, the carpets in the passage area are often covered in the sand. But who's to blame for that? Maybe people need to be a little cleaner and wash their feet from the sand from the beach? Again, it's not 5*. There are a lot of kids in the hotel. Don’t be afraid to. You can find different kind of beach nearby, with sand or stones(beaches are municipal)

There is a popular bar next to the hotel that was super loud during the two nights that we spent there.

The rooms are confortable and clean, staff was helpful and through our all-inclusive booking we had access to breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks and drinks, which was great and very convenient!

The bed sheets for the baby cot were really dirty almost like they didn’t change it before our arrival as well as the towels.

Room was old and the shower was covered in rust Towels were taken when the room was cleaned but was only given 1 back when we are a family of 3 At meal times we would have eaten dinner by the time they took our drink order. Entertainment we couldn’t find where the entertainment was None of the staff were happy.

I would like to start with the main comment: the earlier reviews of the hotel are not very much fair to it, its not bad as its described at all! Hotel is big, front line to the sea Waterpark is full function and clean with proper safeguards attention Main pool area has slot if sun beds and gorgeous sea view. You also always can find beds around the Waterpark area. Rooms are okay, we got a big balcony as were on 1st floor which was nice to enjoy Room was clean, towels were changed daily, Beds were done daily also

The food is really not made with quality. There were issues with both the texture and flavor that affected the overall quality of the dishes.

Restaurant/bars staff weren’t very attentive, caring or friendly. Very limited choice of local drinks offered to all inclusive customers, no choice of wine except of very cheap local village wine. When asked if we can order and pay extra for a better choice of local wine, the staff replied that there wasn’t any option like that at the restaurant. No canned soft drinks offered for all inclusive customers, no non alcohol beer. Food was very average and repetitive on everyday basis, some of it was cold or seemed to be rewarmed from previous day. Snacks very limited choice, not tasty and were cold.

The food was ok, but if you stay more than 5 nights, it becomes very boring to eat the same. In the weekends, loud location.. Old hotel, and not that clean.

The hotel is old and it needs an update.the public area around the water park are not so clean.to much noise when Nava club is having events (it's near the hotel).only the food is a four star.rest of the place it's a 3 stars.
