We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaThe apartment is excellently equipped, clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The proximity to the beaches, stores and restaurants is an added advantage. The pool too. It's never crowded and you can jump in from the terrace. Carefully chosen details, good internet,...truly an apartment that made us feel at home from day one.

CyprusFinding the apartment was a bit tricky. From the round about (where the bakery Zorbas is located, direction Paralimni), take the first turning on the left and then the first one on the right. In about 800m the gate will be on your left. The apartment is situated in the last building on your right. The parking of the apartment is in the basement.
Great communication with the hosts, modern and super clean apartment. The pool is also good, when not feel like going to the crowded beaches nearby (it is private in the sense that it is not open to anyone, but shared with the residents of all apartments of the building).

United KingdomThe information from Booking.Com, regarding precise location of the apartment. A blurry blob on a map is not good enough! It took us 20 minutes to work out which Mythical complex we were supposed to be finding. Also, you failed to send us the gate access code. Fortunately, a villa resident let me have it, but not before being shouted at to go away! Also, it was apparent that someone had removed any specific information about the workings of the apartment, in the information folder. We figured out how to get hot water, just in time to get showered before an appointment in the morning. We advised the owners that the fridge had been closed, whilst switched off, so there was mold inside it. Another slight frustration was two-pin plugs everywhere, so we had to borrow an adapter from a friend in order to get the wifi working. It is not necessary to pull plugs out of the wall! Turning them off is sufficient. We couldn't use the bedside lights for this reason. Also, nice provision of soap in a gift bag for each of us, but I would prefer an extra toilet roll, rather than the one we were left with!
The location was good for our purposes, travelling between Kapparis, Deryneia and Ayia Napa. The apartment is very well equipped and we would stay here again.

CyprusThe apartment needs some kind of shelves or cabinet in the bathroom. Also the big frying pan needs to be replaced. The neighbors on the other ground floor flat were noisy by the pool at 1-2am.
